Non-ferrous metal smelting is a typical high-pollution,high-energy,resource-based industry.Enterprises are mostly located in ecologically fragile areas.The problem of environmental degradation caused by flue gas emissions is an important factor that restricts their sustainable development.Non-ferrous smelting flue gas is difficult to manage.One of the largest industrial waste gases,the key to the large amount of flue gas and the difficulty of controlling unstable smelting flue gas.The non-ferrous smelting flue gas contains a large amount of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.The acid tail gas belongs to low-concentration SO2 gas,facing increasingly strict environmental requirements,despite the acid tail gas.It belongs to low-concentration SO2 exhaust gas and still cannot meet strict SO2 and NO emission standards.At present,there are few studies on the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of acid tail gas at home and abroad,and it is urgent to find a method with high efficiency and easy to promote desulfurization and denitrification.The annual utilization of non-ferrous metal smelting slag is much smaller than that of emissions,and the amount of stacking is increasing,which seriously affects the ecological environment.The use of non-ferrous metal smelting slag to prepare slurry to remove SO2 and NOx from non-ferrous metal smelting flue gas can not only solve the problems of comprehensive utilization of bulk industrial solid waste,exhaust gas purification,etc.,but also achieve the purpose of waste treatment and waste,and can also realize non-ferrous metals.Smelting waste gas and solid waste integrated treatment.Mud phosphorus is a dangerous solid waste generated in the production process of yellow phosphorus.It can be used as an additive to provide oxidant ozone.In order to facilitate the observation of the removal effect,yellow phosphorus is used as an additive in the experimental study.In this paper,the combination of waste non-ferrous metal smelting slag and yellow phosphorus is used for desulfurization and denitrification,and the following conclusions are drawn.?1?The effects of slurry preparation conditions on simultaneous removal of SO2and NO were investigated.Studies have shown that when the yellow phosphorus state is in the light yellow oil state,the amount of ozone is the highest,the desulfurization and denitration efficiency is the best,and the desulfurization efficiency is maintained at100%in different states of yellow phosphorus.The ozone amount and denitration efficiency are all along with yellow phosphorus.The process of continuous oxidation is first increased and then decreased;when the stirring speed before inlet is 1400 rpm,the amount of ozone generated is the most,the desulfurization and denitration efficiency is the best,and the desulfurization efficiency is stable with the increase of the stirring speed before the intake.The desulfurization efficiency is 100%.The ozone amount and denitration efficiency increase first and then decrease with the increase of the agitation speed before the intake;when the yellow phosphorus concentration is 0.3g/L,the amount of ozone generated is the most,and the desulfurization and denitration efficiency is the best.The desulfurization efficiency is maintained at 100%with the increase of yellow phosphorus concentration.The ozone and denitration efficiency increase with the increase of yellow phosphorus concentration.When the solid-liquid ratio is 1:15,the desulfurization and denitrification efficiency is the best,and the desulfurization efficiency is the same.The increase of solid-liquid ratio is maintained at100%,and the denitration efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of solid-liquid ratio.When the temperature is 65°C,the desulfurization and denitration efficiency is the best,and the desulfurization efficiency with temperature Increase,maintain at 100%,denitration efficiency As the temperature increases,it first increases and then decreases.When the pH value of the slurry is 6,the desulfurization and denitration efficiency is the best.The desulfurization efficiency is maintained at100%with the increase of the pH of the slurry.The denitration efficiency increases with the pH of the slurry.Large and reduced.?2?The effects of different process conditions on the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of copper slag slurry in yellow phosphorus composite melting furnace were investigated.Studies have shown that under different post-intake agitation speeds,the desulfurization efficiency is maintained at 100%,and the denitration efficiency increases with the increase of the agitation speed after the intake.When the agitation speed is 1600 rpm,the removal effect is the most.Good;under different oxygen content,the desulfurization efficiency is maintained at 100%,the denitration efficiency increases with the increase of oxygen content,and the removal effect is best when the oxygen content is 8%;under different gas flows,The desulfurization efficiency is maintained at 100%,and the denitration efficiency increases with the increase of gas flow rate.When the gas flow rate is 165mL/min,the removal effect is the best;with the increase of NO concentration,the desulfurization efficiency has no obvious change,denitrification The efficiency is slightly improved,and with the increase of SO2 concentration,the desulfurization efficiency does not change significantly,and the denitration efficiency first increases and then decreases.According to the related characterization study and the determination of ozone content,it is found that the amount of iron ions dissolved in the liquid phase before and after the inactivation of the slurry is extremely large,and the ozone content is greater in the reaction process,and the denitration effect is better.in conclusion.
