In recent years,many jeans manufacturers are facing the problems of high labor costs,production dependence on labor,low production efficiency,and the backward detection technology is one of the important reasons for this problem.Although many denim manufacturers have used some testing instruments to guide the production control of denim,it is still unable to effectively detect the key factors in Indigo dyeing,such as free insurance powder and leucoindigo.Because the sodium hyposulfite can not be detected,the solution of powders can not be accurately added,so yarn color is red and inferior yarns are often produced in the production of denim indigo dyeing.In addition,in the production of denim indigo dyeing in many domestic denim manufacturers,although the production data detected by spectrophotometer and other detection instruments can be used for production control,in the process of dyeing control through yarn color and color light,the method of manual tracking yarn color change by naked eye is still adopted,which relies too much on the control method.Manpower and low production efficiency.Detection system: The main content of the establishment of the detection system is to establish a set of methods to detect the concentration of leucoindigo,free sodium dithionite,indigo concentration,p H value and ORP value in mother liquor and bottom water of pure indigo dyeing in denim rope dyeing,as well as the concentration,p H value and ORP value of free sodium dithionite in auxiliary water.On the basis of the original detection system of Beijiang Textile Co.,Ltd.,the instrument management and abnormal maintenance are added,and the synchronous detection method of indigo concentrate and free sodium dithionite concentration in bottom water by automatic potentiometric titrator is improved.On the basis of the improved detection method,the synchronization of indigo concentrate and free sodium dithionite concentration in mother liquor is increased.The detection method and the determination method of the concentration of free sodium dithionite in the water of additives.The improved automatic potentiometric titrator not only improves the accuracy and stability of the test,but also shortens the test time.In view of the problem that only spectrophotometer,p H electrode and ORP electrode are used to detect dye solution data to control the indigo dyeing of denim in domestic production,but the concentration of free insurance powder and indigo concealed body,which are the key factors in indigo dyeing of denim,can not be accurately detected,the synchronization of indigo concealed body and free insurance powder for bottom water,mother liquid and indigo concealed body in indigo dyeing of denim is developed in this paper.The method of detection and the method of free powdered powders in the dyeing of denim indigo were studied.The accuracy and stability of the three methods were also explored.In order to solve the problem of yarn color reddish and inferior yarn caused by the inaccurate addition of free powder concentration in the powder solution,this paper explores the concentration decay of free powder in the powder solution by using the detection method of the powder solution in the dyeing of denim indigo,and arranges the use of the powder solution rationally through the results of the investigation.Control the color and light change of dyed yarn and improve the quality of production.In view of the problem that many jeans manufacturers still use manual tracking of yarn color changes by naked eyes at all times,this paper applies online spectrophotometer produced by Hunter Lab Company in the United States to yarn color detection after indigo dyeing and dyeing of jeans,and explores the factors affecting the L value,a value,b value and Delta E value of online spectrophotometer test data.Determine whether the on-line spectrophotometer can take the place of workers.The results showed that the synchronous detection methods of leucoindigo and sodium hyposulfite in bottom water and mother liquor and sodium hyposulfite in indigo dyeing of denim and sodium hyposulfite in indigo dyeing of denim had good accuracy and stability,and could be used to detect leucoindigo and sodium hyposulfite in indigo dyeing of denim.Concentration decay exploratory experiment results of the formulation of the use of powdered insurance solution: prepared 1200 L powdered insurance solution only 800 L.This method can effectively reduce the reddish light phenomenon of dyed yarn.In the experiment of exploring the factors affecting L value,a value,b value and E value,it is concluded that the on-line spectrophotometer can replace the color viewing of workers,and indirectly obtain the indigo concentrate in the bottom water,the concentration of free insurance powder and the p H value.
