At present,the importance of the existing pantyhose products in the moisturizing function has not been valued by the merchants.On the one hand,when designing and developing pantyhose,the merchant pays more attention to elasticity and aesthetics,but the moisture absorption is poor.Most of the pantyhose is generally prone to static electricity and does not skin when worn,which seriously affects the comfort of the pantyhose;on the other hand,the leg skin often appears the phenomenon of dry,peeling and rough due to lack of water.By arranging hyaluronic acid molecules with superior water absorption capacity on the pantyhose,the moisturizing effect of the pantyhose can not only improve the comfort of the pantyhose,but also alleviate the drying problem of the skin to some extent.In this paper,hyaluronic acid moisturizing functional auxiliaries were used to obtain hyaluronic acid moisturizing functional socks after finishing.Through the single factor analysis,three process parameters that have great influence on the performance of the pantyhose(antistatic property,hydrophilic property,moisture regain)were found: the concentration of the finishing liquid,the p H and the bath ratio,which were used as the influencing factors of the orthogonal test;Through the first orthogonal experimental scheme design to determine whether the interaction between factors has an impact on product performance,the results show that the interaction is not significant.Then a second orthogonal test scheme was designed(regardless ofinteraction),considering the antistatic properties,hydrophilic properties and moisture regain of the finished pantyhose,combined with the variance univariate analysis,range analysis and the expert analysis in the analytic hierarchy process to score the weights of the above three performance indicators,the optimal finishing process parameters are obtained: the concentration of the finishing liquid is 8%,and the p H is4,the bath ratio is 1:10;In order to analyze the performance of the fabric after finishing the optimal process parameters,the fabric style(rebound elasticity,softness,smoothness and relative hand value)before and after finishing was tested by Phabr Ometer.The results showed that the finished pantyhose had a certain degree of improvement in softness and smoothness.The efficacy of hyaluronic acid moisturizing functional socks was evaluated comprehensively from objective experimental data and subjective human dress evaluation.In the objective experiment,the surface moisture of the calf skin of 24 subjects was tested by I button temperature and humidity recorder.The data analysis of descriptive statistical analysis and rank sum test showed that there were significant differences in skin surface moisture change values between the blank group and the experimental group,and the humidity increase value of the experimental group was higher than that of the blank group;in the human dress evaluation experiment,the subject wore hyaluronic acid moisturizing functional socks for 10 days to follow the experiment,and completed the subjective evaluation scale;The reliability and validity of the tracking questionnaire were good.Under the premise that the data was credible and effective,descriptive statistical analysis and paired sample T test results showed that after 5 days of wearing hyaluronic acid moisturizing functional socks,the skin dryness of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the blank group.In order to obtain the overall satisfaction of the subjects with hyaluronic acid tights,a regression model of the overall satisfaction of hyaluronic acid moisturizing socks was established.The normality test of the residuals showed that the model was well constructed and the satisfaction value calculated by the model was 7.791.Thesatisfaction value obtained by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is “8”,which is consistent with the results obtained by the regression model analysis,indicating that the subject is generally satisfied with the hyaluronic acid moisturizing function socks as a whole.In this paper,the results of subjective and objective evaluation of the efficacy of hyaluronic acid moisturizing functional socks are consistent;The hyaluronic acid moisturizing functional sock can exert a certain moisturizing effect on the human skin,and the wearing performance of the finished pantyhose in the antistatic property and the hand feeling is also improved to some extent;The best process parameters obtained by the paper provide a reference for the company to carry out hyaluronic acid moisturizing finishing.This evaluation method has certain reference for the research of moisturizing effect evaluation.
