With the rapid development of the times,people's requirements for textile products are getting higher and higher.The defect has a direct impact on the quality and price of the finished textile products.No customer will be willing to purchase defective products,so it is essential to effectively detect defects on the textile surface.This paper studies the textile defect detection of image processing technology,and designs a textile defect detection system based on image processing technology to improve the defect detection efficiency of textiles.Firstly,analyze the physical image acquisition method of textiles to obtain digital images suitable for computer processing,analyze the determination methods of textile detection samples and image acquisition methods.In order to obtain better quality images,it is necessary to carry out some collection of textile images.Pretreatment,first,the preprocessing of textile grayscale images,second,the filtering of textile images,including mean filtering,median filtering and wavelet de-drying;third,textile color image preprocessing.Secondly,the overall design of the textile defect detection system based on image processing includes two parts: hardware system and software system.The hardware system includes camera,image acquisition card and its circuit design.The system software system includes system flow design and system interface design.And detailed analysis of the lighting source,camera,lens and image acquisition card and other related hardware used in the experiment and some important parameters,one,through the analysis of the lighting system and light source,using D65 standard light source;select SM2-CL2048 line array The CCD camera also selected the AF Nikon 50 mm f/1.8D lens and the NEO-PCE-CLD image acquisition card.Finally,the common defects of textiles are analyzed briefly,and the pretreatment methods and processes of textile images are analyzed in detail,including textile image preprocessing targets and histogram equalization enhancement.The analysis of textiles based on Gabor transform and wavelet analysis is carried out,including The determination of the optimal function filtering and the segmentation of the defect area;after the defect detection,the specific position is determined,and the positioning method of the textile defect is analyzed,including the logic process of the defects positioning and the positioning of the textile defects image.The proposed image processing textile defect detection system is validated by experiments.The results show that the defect detection system of textile based on image processing can detect the defects in fabric accurately.
