| Combined quantum size effect and quantum confinement effect with high carrier mobility,long diffusion length,strong absorption,high luminescence efficiency and easy band engineering,inorganic perovskites quantum dots(IPQDs)or nanocrystals(IPNCs)has a promising application future in LED,QLED,laser,fluorescent probe,solar cells,etc.In this research,IPQDs was synthesized by hot injection method,supersaturation method and ion-exchange method which emission spectra was tunable over the entire visible spectral region of 410-700 nm.Two types of purifying method were explored to study the effect of surface ligand.TEM,absorption spectra and photoluminescence test indicated that as-synthesized QDs size is 20-50nm with PL spectra covering 410-700nm and FWHM within 17-35nm.Compared different synthesizing methods,the test result suggested that hot injection method has distinct advantage in luminance property and stability,however,other methods have higher synthesizing efficiency.Tests on purifying method revealed 2-3 times purifying can make a balance between device fabrication and maintaining of QDs properties.Based on photodetector principles and structures,photoconductive detector and PIN or PN junction photovoltaic detector were designed with CsPbBr3 QDs as photosensitive material.The devices were fabricated by solution process and basically tested.The photodetection ability was discovered according to test result. |
