Research And Implementation Of Oilfield Industrial Control Network Information Security Protection System

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the construction needs,“Intelligent Oilfields” are facing more cyber threats than before.The information security of oilfield industrial control systems and the construction of oilfield safety systems is gradually being affected.This paper aims at the network structure and safety requirements of the industrial control system involved in the construction of Intelligent Oilfields.Through the research on the characteristics of the industrial control network that needs protection,it is tailored to the relevant standards and laws and regulations of industrial control system safety proposed by the state.Special protective equipment is used for protection,and a complete set of oilfield industrial control system safety protection scheme is proposed.This paper takes the industrial control network of SL oilfields as the research object.Through the demand analysis and overall design of the oilfields' industrial control network information security protection system,the current situation of the SL oilfields' industrial control network and the deficiencies of the existing solutions are analyzed.The overall design scheme of the system is proposed and the advantages of the program are specified.Through the design of adding oilfields' industrial control network secure-transmission platform and oilfields' industrial control network protection supervision platform,the information security protection suggestion of oilfields' industrial control network is deduced.Finally,after functional testing,hardware performance testing and long-term stability testing on the system,the scheme and equipment showed practical application significance and no affect on the production in the existing industrial control network.The innovation of this paper is that the proposed devices can be easily purchased,while for the unsolved problems,the use of customized device and server is proposed.Jointing together achieve access control,data filtering and encrypted transmission.While solving the original defect problem,it does not add equipment,thus maximizing cost savings,and is fully compatible with the existing network along with no affect introduced which guarantees the stability of production.
