Research On Financing Plan Of DB Green Energy Project

With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,municipal solid waste processing facilities lag behind the production of living garbage,the problem of waste processing capacity is becoming more and more important.Therefore,one of the major keys to solving this problem is constructing incineration power generation facilities in cities,which convert solid waste into electricity directly.Waste incineration power plant needs larger investment scale,longer payback period of investment and lower investment return rate,so the proper way of financing is still an important limiting factor for the development of waste incineration power plants.This paper choose as the research object.According to the actual financial situation of investor and the cash-flow characteristics of the project,this paper designs appropriate financing options for DB green energy project.At the same time,the conclusion of this paper also provides some suggestions for the similar projects in China.This paper has a systematic review of related literatures of home and abroad at first,then based on the basic conditions of DB green energy company,seriously analyzes and summarizes the financing characteristics of DB green energy project,such as financing scale,financing deadline,acceptable financing cost.Secondly,this paper analyzes the financing plan for the DB green energy project.Based on the full consideration of the characteristics of the existing financing modes: bank loans,company bonds,financial leasing,project revenue bonds,enterprise bonds,private bonds and so on,this paper designs three financing plans for the DB green energy project: bank loans,project revenue bonds and financial leasing combined with bank loans.According to the financing needs of DB green energy projects,and considering the factors :the financing cost,the return on investment,capital expenditure and other aspects of the three financing plans,this paper selects financial leasing combined with bank loans as the most suitable financing plan for the DB green energy project.At last,this paper also provides some security measures for the implementation of DB green energy project financing plan,including financing process controlling,financing risk,operation risk,social risk,environmental risk and other aspects.
