Dust particles have caused great harm to human.The air pollution control has become an urgent task for the development of society today.PM2.5 dust detector is an important instrument,whose accuracy is very important,to observe the change of dust to prevent all kinds of harms.In view of the lack of relevant calibration equipment for the PM2.5 dust detector and the lack of calibration methods or verification regulations,this paper,named as “Development of calibration device for PM2.5 dust detector”,studies the key technology of the calibration device of the PM2.5 dust detector,designs the calibration device for the PM2.5 dust detector,and determines the source of uncertainty in calibration device module as well as its optimization.Finally,it is of great academic value and practical significance to apply the calibration device of PM2.5 dust detector to the actual work.This paper make the target of developing the calibration device for PM2.5 dust detector from two aspects: the PM2.5 dust standard,the calibration of testing instruments and the detection method of dust concentration.And the main work of the paper includes:? This paper designs the scheme of calibration device for PM2.5 dust detector.We analyzes the PM2.5 dust detector working principle,structure emphatically from the pneumatic system,sample system,sensor calibration system design and put forward the demand analysis for them.And we design the calibration scheme for the gas circuit system,sample system,sensor system.And the work flow of three modules,namely sampling flow calibration,cutting efficiency calibration and dust concentration calibration,are designed respectively.? We studies its key technology the key technology of PM2.5 dust detector calibration device.Comparing the principles of various methods and the characteristics of standard equipment,the standard equipment is constructed to complete the calibration device.The dust concentration calibration technology is built on the basis of the first stage dry flowmeter and the principle of the core combined with the static box method.The integrated design of the hardware which meets the requirements is selected and the PM2.5 is determined.? The calibration device is experimented and its data is processed.The 3 major calibration of the sampling flow,cutting efficiency and concentration value of the PM2.5 dust detector are analyzed,and the uncertainty source is determined by the experiment.The data processing of uncertainty is carried out and the parameters of the calibration device are optimized so as to obtain the best calibration data.? The calibration device for PM2.5 dust detector is developed and successfully applied to several dust detectors,such as LD-3 laser dust meter,LD-3F explosion-proof laser dust meter,TSI-8533 dust monitor and so on.Compared with the traditional single calibration device,the device carried out in this paper has the advantages of simultaneous measurement of more parameters,more flexible data acquisition and higher efficiency.
