Abstract/Summary:
In the process of promoting social development,the competition between enterprises is more and more intense.In terms of its strategic development,it has high-quality human resources,playing a key role in a series of elements such as technology and capital.For trade enterprises,the prominent problem is brain drain.How to deal with and deal with the brain drain has become a hot topic.Based on the coal company F the brain drain problem as the research object,system based on the status quo of F coal company has carried on the investigation and study,mainly divides into five parts: the first part is the introduction,to determine the purpose of this study and the research significance,the brain drain problem as a breakthrough point,elaborated this article research framework and ideas;The second part mainly discusses the theories and concepts needed in this paper.The third part elaborates the human resource status of F coal mine company,conducts a survey on the brain drain status of the company,deeply analyzes the brain drain problem of F coal mine company through questionnaire survey,and then determines the brain drain problem of F coal mine company.The fourth part,based on the actual situation of the company,analyzes the causes of brain drain from the internal environment and external factors of the company through the question of brain drain raised by the questionnaire.The fifth part of the internal and external factors of the enterprise to control the brain drain countermeasures and recommendations;The sixth part is the conclusion and summary of the article.The innovation points of this paper mainly include: combining the theoretical knowledge of brain drain elaborated by some representative experts,through the form of questionnaire survey,and specifically studying the causes of brain drain from internal and external aspects of the enterprise.By using the actual analysis and research in this paper,the author can keepmore enterprise talents in F coal mine company,which is of certain reference value and significance for the brain drain of state-owned enterprises in the same industry.
