Soft abrasive flow machining precision is the use of abrasive particles in turbulent flow,a new processing method for processing the surface polishing treatment,mainly used in machining complex surfaces,such as titanium artificial joint surface polishing.In this paper,the status quo of research on processing technology of soft abrasive flow at home and abroad is researched.In view of the problems such as uneven processing of soft abrasive flow,slow processing speed and the decrease of turbulent kinetic energy of abrasive flow in the simulated flow passage,Temperature compensation method to optimize the processing.The gas compensation uses the contoured components and the machined surface to construct the machining flow channel,and the gas is introduced into the machining flow channel with a certain pressure so as to improve the disorder of the turbulence of the abrasive flow and increase the cutting efficiency of the abrasive flow.The temperature compensation uses a A kind of six degreesfreedom motion mechanism with constant temperature abrasive grain flow polishing complex curved surface is adopted to carry out temperature compensation of the turbulent kinetic energy of the abrasive flow through the heating element to increase the turbulent kinetic energy and speed of the abrasive flow cutting fluid,Abrasive flow along the loss and head loss,to ensure the uniformity of the entire processing effect.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on fluid mechanics theory,the basic principles and theory of softness abrasive flow machining process gas based compensation,as well as mill Grain processing flow in the internal flow channel flow analysis to determine the abrasive flow in the processing flow channel turbulent flow conditions,as well as its turbulence model with multiphase flow model.(2)Two different cavitation devices were designed and used to simulate the flow of abrasive particles in the profiling flow channel of complex curved surface with different gas compensation conditions by Fluent software.The distribution of dynamic pressure,velocity and density of abrasive flow in the flow channel under different cavitation modes was studied to provide the basis for the experiment.(3)Determine the processing scheme of soft abrasive flow polishing based on gas compensation,determine the processing parameters,and carry out the physical experiment of soft abrasive flow polishing based on gas compensation.The experimental results show that the auxiliary machining method based on gas compensation can effectively Improve the soft abrasive flow polishing effect,greatly shortening the processing time.(4)Finally,a 6-SPS parallel mechanism was designed based on the advantages of high parallelism stiffness,small error accumulation,high precision and large load carrying capacity.The method of solving the position of the parallel mechanism is introduced and the size of its workspace is studied.
