Compared to traditional cast-in-place buildings, prefabricated buildings with the characteristics of design by standardization, production in factory, construction by assembly, decoration by integration, management by informatization and application by intellectualization had many advantages such as high speed, high efficiency, energy saving and environment protection. The transformation of the traditional construction method to the modern industrialized construction way was promoted by rapid development of prefabricated buildings. It had a far-reaching significance for development of China's society and economy which was key to improve construction quality, reduce energy consumption and then realize sustainable development of construction industry. With rapid development of prefabricated buildings, the problem of lack of safety reserve will be gradually exposed in component production working area, logistics working area and assembly working area.Facing the increasingly serious problem of safety management,to provide effective coping strategies of prefabricated construction safety accident will be the key issue to be solved under the conditions of safety input resources limited. In order to efficiently reduce the occurrence rate of safety accidents and achieve multi-objective equilibrium of safety, schedule and cost in component production, logistics and assembly working area through the whole process of project construction, this paper is aimed towards to establish prefabricated construction safety accident response system dynamics model to describe the safety management evolution law in time dimension across prefabricated buildings based on the depth analysis of interaction mechanism between construction safety accidents and their influencing factors through field investigation, expert interview and literature review. The key safety input factors are explored by sensitivity analysis method and the safety resource optimal allocation schemes are proposed by multi-objective programming method to provide suggestions for prefabricated construction safety accident response. The sample project is used to carry on the empirical analysis. The result shows that prefabricated construction safety accident response is not limited in traditional safety and civilization measures. The most effective way to achieve multi-objective equilibrium of safety, schedule and cost is to improve level of component lifting technology in assembly working area, strengthen intensity of component inspection before leaving factory in component production working area, enhance the use of component security identification technology in logistics and assembly working area and rationally plan frequency of component special transport vehicle in logistics working area.
