Vertical cracks within the proppant motion affects the distribution of cracks in the process of fracturing,proppant particles cluster proppant settlement rule as the vertical seam tao is an important part of the motion law,provide theoretical support for the whole fracturing process design.This paper borrowed some solid liquid two phase flow theory knowledge,build the multiple sets of particle clusters samples,the method of combining experiment and simulation was adopted to studied the particle settlement clusters and validation,and on this basis,through simulation from the vertical seam of particle clusters of settling velocity calculation formula.In this paper,by means of numerical simulation software COMSOL for different number of particle clusters has designed a variety of forms,and by using the fractal dimension of particle clusters were characterized,on the basis of the variety of different types of particles sedimentation velocity were simulated.Based on simulation data processing and analysis,to gather the morphology and number of particle clusters different settlement rule as a focal point of research on condition of different CD-Re relation curves for finishing,and particle clusters subsidence is obtained on the basis of the regularity of fitting curve and experience formula.Based on indoor experimental apparatus,cementing a variety of density,size and number of particle clusters,glycerol as the fluid medium,the particle clusters in the form of different velocity for repeated repeated measurement,and the average steady-state is obtained.Will be treated as experiment data to classify and contrast and subsiding regularity of particle clusters on summary and analysis of the accuracy of the numerical simulation results can be validated.Based on the research on the laws of the circular tube settlement of particle clusters as a result,using COMSOL modeling calculation,in view of the vertical seam wall distance for different types of the clusters of settling velocity of proppant is analyzed.Through simulation and analysis of simulation results,the formula of particle clusters settling velocity within the tao.
