In recent years,the oil field exploiting to enter into the mid and late period,the property of lactescence is complex,which content the moisture highly,forming the stable oil-in-water emulsion.And the demulsifier research in the domestic and overseas mainly focused on the water-in-oil?W/O?type of crude oil emulsion,it doesn't apply to oil-in-water type,therefore,developing in new chemical structure of O/W emulsion demulsifier had become an important topic in the oilfield sewage treatment.0.53.0 generation polyamide–amine was synthesized by MA and EDA with Michael addition reaction and amidation condensation reaction in this paper,which has the character of surfactant and end group can be modified Then the whole generation of polyamide-amine and N,N-dimethyl amine twelve(C14H31N)and epoxy chloropropane was used for quaternary amination reaction to get a modified polyamide-amine cationic dendritic macromolecules.This surface modification product increased the solubility,be soluble in organic solvents and water.surface tension method,the electrical conductivity method,fluorescence spectrometry and uv analysis method was used to study the micellar properties of the modified product aqueous solution.Which compared with the unmodified,the modified product had a better ability to reduce the surface tension in water and a better ionization effect.The result showed the critical micelle of modified 1.0G,2.0G and 3.0G were 0.70 mmol·L-1,0.40 mmol·L-1 and 0.25 mmol·L-1,and in the study of micellar aggregation number,the micellar aggregation number of modified 1.0G,2.0G and 3.0G were 18,6 and 3.Meanwhile the rheological properties of modified product aqueous solution was studied,the study found that the viscosity of the aqueous solution is low,the higher branched degree of the modified product,the viscosity is greater.In the case of concentration increasing,showed down trend before rising,and as the temperature was increased,the trend of viscosity didn't change,but after the turning point,the value of the viscosity decreases,and when the salt was added,inorganic salt make viscosity increase higher than organic salt.In the studying of aqueous solution about viscoelasticity,which found the storage modulus and loss modulus of the different algebra of modified products had almost the same change trend,from the numerical point of view,and under different concentrations,the modification of 3.0G products showed larger difference of viscoelastic.For the viscoelasticity of aqueous solution under the different additives,it can be seen that the viscoelasticity change almost unanimously after joining counterion,in high frequency region,G'becomed very small without elastic characteristics.Finally for researhing the demulsification properties,the simulated oily water and the oily wastewater of DaQing oil field was used.And the temperature,time,the concentration of the modified and unmodified products was adjusted,the result showed the modification products had obviously better effect than the unmodified products.When concentration of480 mg·L-1,90 min,70.0?,the demulsification efficiency of the modified 3.0G PAMAM reached 95.16%.
