Collaborative Research Of Oil Company And Internet Company Based On Evolutionary Game

Under the "Internet +" policy action plan,oil companies have carried out cooperation with Internet companies,aiming to explore a new development path.Oil companies and Internet companies have launched a series of cooperation,involving O2 O business,mobile payment and other fields,but the cooperation are limited to downstream oil industry chain.However,many researches show that there is a huge development potential only if oil company upstream enterprises cooperate with Internet companies.Therefore,discussing the cooperation of oil companies and Internet companies,analyzing influencing factors and evolution law of cooperation,and putting forward suggestions for their cooperation have an important significance to promote in-depth cooperation development.First of all,the current situation,development trend of oil companies and Internet companies and the demand of the in-depth cooperation were analyzed,the basic influence factors including revenue and cost,internal and external influence factors including initial intention of cooperation,oil industry chain characteristics and government behaviors were defined.Then,fundamental cooperation evolution model of oil companies and Internet companies was built based on basic influence factors,and the local stability and the evolution law were analyzed.And then,the influence of basic factors,internal and external factors to the result of the game were explored by using the MATLAB numerical simulation and model adjustment methods.Finally,countermeasures and Suggestions for their cooperation were put forward.This study showed that revenue and cost,initial intention of cooperation,oil industry chain characteristics and government behaviors would affect the result of the game.The cooperation possibility of oil companies and Internet companies would be improved if the cooperation cost decreased or the cooperation profits increased.The cooperation must succeed in the end when oil companies and internet companies were all very willing to carry out cooperation at the initial moment.The cooperation wouldn't succeed when there were one side unwilling to cooperate with the other side.The possibility of cooperation would increase if the "Internet +" ability of the oil companies was enhanced.The cooperation possibility of oil companies and Internet companies would be improved if the government encouraging strength increased at the same time.Accordingly this paper advised that establish professional mechanism to enhance the cooperation income,improve the cooperation mode in to reduce costs,enhance mutual trust to improve the initial cooperation will,reduce the state of industry chain link of a hierarchical control,and strengthen cooperation encouragement between the two sides.
