Nondestructive evaluation is the development of signal detection based on the mainly used without damaging the test piece in recent years,to test the samples or test pieces.To determine a security level detection means test piece at the same time for safety assessment in accordance with the relevant standards.In the rapid development of modern industry,the state of the equipment we made more stringent requirements and expectations.Therefore,on-line detection of equipment through a scientific means,to determine whether the equipment has defects,can have important significance not qualified for the current work.In addition,but also on the analysis of defects detected quantitatively.With the improvement of the algorithm and the update of the equipment,the current has been a good foundation for quantitative detection.In the current industrial production,NDE has played a great role in the detection and assessment.Most of the instruments and devices used in the industry are made of magnetic or magnetic materials.Long term use in harsh environments or complex conditions,it will cause them to have a lot of defects,such as cracks,penetration,etc..Serious impact on the safe operation of the equipment,there are significant security risks,especially in the petrochemical industry to transport flammable gas or raw materials.In order to reduce the security risk,to ensure the normal operation of equipment,reduce the possibility of accidents,it is necessary to carry out safety assessment of key equipment and testing.After years of development,there have been many detection methods and detection methods,such as ultrasonic testing,eddy current testing,magnetic particle testing etc..Various detection methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,magnetic flux leakage testing,for example,a relatively high efficiency in the detection process,detection accuracy most meet the requirements,fast response,easy to use,can meet under complex conditions,anti-interference ability strong.Based on the above advantages,rapid development in recent years,the nondestructive testing is widely used.The to the steel leakage magnetic detection system as the goal,on the principle of magnetic flux leakage testing,method,system structure for a preliminary study on,and the analysis and processing of signal detection,on a steel tube fast,efficient,accurate analysis of defect detection analysis using genetic simulated annealing algorithm of defects were predicted and compared with the actual signal and the viability determination algorithm.Defect signal detection needs to establish a set of detection system of magnetic flux leakage,the first to magnetization of the magnetic field,the magnetization from two directions,one is one is axial,circumferential.So that it can be more comprehensive analysis of the defects.Based on the defects of magnetic sensor to achieve signal acquisition.The drill rod belongs to the slender rod piece,in order to reduce the size of magnetic field area,we used to drill pipe moving,segmented magnetization,which on drill pipe in the process of moving the coaxiality put forward higher requirements,in the design of the system to focus on.During the experiment,the magnetic field through the drill pipe standard magnetic field and detecting the drill pipe compared found flaws in the position,and focus on the position analysis,so as to achieve the purpose of prediction of defect.
