Aiming at victory power plant flue gas desulfurization in the absorption of sulfur dioxide absorption tower,the oxidation of calcium sulfite and desulfurization system,the adjustment of operation parameters optimization studies using Fluent software to absorption tower internal and air in the oxidation of smoke flow in duct in numerical simulation of the flow rule of and carry out the field experiments;based on the basic theory of flue gas desulfurization combined with the practice,to win power plant flue gas desulfurization efficiency which could not meet the design standards were analyzed,and will determine the desulfurization efficiency low,imposed on the absorber inlet flue increase spray cooling system and accident reconstruction scheme of water spray system,solve the problem of the absorption tower flue gas inlet coking plugging ash,alleviate the uneven phenomenon,smoke flow in absorption tower enhanced gas liquid contact effects.On this basis,further study on the distribution of the desulfurization oxidation air duct system,finding out the desulfurization oxidation air volume is insufficient and uneven distribution of reason,the implementation of the oxidation of the wind pipe,mother will oxidation wind pipe diameter by replacement form ? 426 mm to 530 mm,oxidation absorption tower duct exposure stomatal aperture by ?15 mm increase to ? 9 mm,eliminates the oxidation air pipeline vibration,the problem such as fracture,reduce the oxidation of the wind pipe resistance,improve the effect of the calcium sulfite oxidation.In equipment modification,on the basis of study on the optimal operation scheme,solve the problem of the desulfurization equipment system scaling,eliminate the phenomenon of "package" limestone,desulfurization efficiency is increased from 92.70% to 95.23%,satisfying the requirements of the new national standard of the prescribed discharge,has achieved good economic and environmental benefits,and has good popularization and application value.
