441 kilometers of high pressure natural gas pipeline from Gguangdong Dapeng LNG Company Ltd.is the first high pressure natural gas pipeline in the Pearl River Delta region,has been running for 11 years,with the continuous change of the Pearl River Delta marine climate,soil environment,transportation,high voltage power transmission and distribution,the construction of high-speed rail,urban rail rapid development,close cross or run side by side gas pipeline more and more high-speed rail,urban rail,high voltage transmission lines and the existing underground natural gas pipeline project,to bring the influence of stray current,station,valve chamber ground gas pipeline body,flange,bolt for intergranular corrosion,acid rain,soil corrosion and atmospheric corrosion the corrosion problem is increasingly prominent,and the alternation of the combined effects of a variety of corrosion factors,constitute a natural gas pipeline corrosion in the Pearl River Delta region is complicated.This article is from the analysis of these factors,the research and analysis of the corrosion,combined with the actual situation of gas pipeline running for 11 years,put forward some measures and methods of drainage corrosion,correcting stray cathodic current protection,regional deep well anode cathodic protection,STOPAQ package anticorrosion for flange and bolt,coating overhaul and so on.the five kinds of positive and effective anticorrosion work,establish the protection system of natural gas pipeline in the Pearl River Delta region,can extend service life of gas pipeline,ensure the safe and reliable operation of natural gas pipeline in the economically developed and densely populated areas of the Pearl River Delta.
