Analyses were conducted on the reservoirs,injection-recovery technique and ground process.The questions of division of injection production system were pointed out.The contradiction of water flooding in the plane and vertical was studied.Propose of further subdivision of oil-water well system was implemented,and injection production ratio increased from 70%to 87%;Water drive control reserves increased from 86%to 96%and productivity of CB11 was increased.Studywas conducted on thefault and scaling and cable of electric submersible pump(ESP).Measures such as improved low liquid and anti-scaling of ESP and improvement of cable-connect were implemented.Thereliability and lifetime of ESP was improved.Research was conducted on packer and backwash valve and water distributor.Optimized packer and advanced injection process was applied.Work condition of water injection wells was improved,downhole tool failure rate reduced from 31.6%to 6.6%,the pass rate increased from 63.3%to 90%.Study was conducted onSewage treatment system of NO.1 central platform.Measures include chemicals optimization and cleaning hydrocyclone and maintenance of filter were taken on.Water quality of out water was improved and water quality pass rate increased from 83%to 95%.Maintenance of water injection pipe network was implemented;The wellhead pressure increased from 5.3MPa to 7.4MPa;the efficiency of water injection pipe network increased from 61.7%to 79.6%.Water consumption decreased from 6.25Kw/m~3 to 5.67Kw/m~3.It realized the integration of technology and resources to maximize the benefits in the work of integrated management technology in CB11. |
