| It is necessary for enterprises to retain talents who render a service to enterprises’ improvement.One of the most important impacts on talent retaining is definitely employee compensation.The degree of employees’ satisfaction with compensation can reflect the enthusiasm of employees to enterprise,work,and can also play a role in the improvement of enterprise performance.Enterprise’s ignoration to employee compensation will directly lead to the outflow of talents.Therefore,doing a research on the degree of employees’ satisfaction with compensation and taking some measures is not only crucial to enterprises but also a hot spot of the academic research on enterprise management.Research on employee pay satisfaction in Cainan oilfield is based on questionnaire investigation,with semi-closed interviews as auxiliary method.According to the survey,Cainan oilfield with better oil production in our country provides competitive salary,so employees are satisfied with the salary.However,employees show lower satisfaction with compensation fairness and compensation setting;In terms of compensation management,employees are more satisfied with compensation structure than the calculation method of compensation.Most of employees are dissatisfied with the execution of salary management and incentive degreen.In terms of salary promotion,most employees are relatively satisfied with the raise process,but dissatisfied with the compensation raise range,standards and compensationpolicy.In terms of welfare benefits,all employees show lower satisfaction with welfare kinds and personal spending.At the same time,the auther analyzes the influential factors on compensation satisfaction by using AHP innovatively and puts forward to the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employee compensation in the Cainan oilfield areas,in order to promote the better development of the oilfield. |
