The shaly loose sandstone has the problem of high mud content and poor cementation ability,and there is still a problem of sand failure.The proppant embedding and the formation of clogged particles play a key role in the effect of sand addition.At home and abroad,a complete system of effective sanding is not formed.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effective sanding of the shaly loose sandstone from the two aspects of the proppant embedding and the clogging of the shale particles.So as to lay a theoretical foundation for the effective development of shaly loose sandstone reservoir.Based on the analysis of the physical parameters,the sensitivity data and the mechanical parameters of shaly loose sandstone reservoirs in Wen chang area,this paper makes the samples of artificial shaly loose sandstone using similarity principle.The mechanical parameters and physical parameters of rock samples were determined,which provided data support for the study of proppant embedding and mud clogging experiments.Based on the theory of elastic mechanics,combined with the Hertz contact model,a model of proppant embedding depth is established considering the influence of shale factors.The relationship between the embedding depth of the proppant and the closing pressure,the relationship between the embedding depth and the Young's modulus,the Influence of Proppant Embedding on conductive Capability were obtained by changing the closing pressure of the crack and the The experimental results show that the Hertz theory does not apply to the unconsolidated sandstone with high muddy content,and the formula for the embedding depth of the clogged sandstone proppant is obtained.The relationship between the instantaneous embedding depth of the proppant and the Young's modulus and the closing pressure is obtained,The proppant embedded creep change is related to the time and closing pressure and the Young's modulus.The migration of stratum particles in the shaly loose sandstone tends to clog the proppant filling layer.The effect of the proppant embedding and the clogging on the permeability and conductivity of the proppant filling layer is considered.The experimental device uses the crack conductivity tester to drive the fluid flow mixed with the mud particles under a certain pressure,By observing the change of the pressure difference and the change of the fracture conductivity under different fluid flow rates,By analyzing the suspension with different shale content,the critical flow in the filling layer is obtained,and the critical fluid production of the oil and gas wells with certain mud content is deduced by the similarity principle.
