The factors affecting construction cost of oilfield gathering pipeline network system include the construction quantity of sites,the location of the sites,the result of well site division,topology of pipe network,and pipeline parameter.Studying on optimization of these variables can effectively save the construction investment of the gathering and transportation network.In this paper,two kinds of pipeline planning schemes are proposed for an oil field block,and then carrying on the optimization research.The optimization design variables of oilfield gathering pipeline network planning scheme have continuous variables and discrete variables,and the correlation between variables is more complex.In order to simplify the calculation,the optimization problem of planning schemes of the gathering and transportation network pipeline is divided into three problems: layout optimization of well and station of pipeline,optimization of pipe network topology and optimization of pipeline parameter.Taking the minimum of construction cost as the objective function,the optimization model of layout optimization of well and station of pipeline is established,and then the chaos genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm are used to solve the number of metering stations,the position of each metering station and the result of well groups division.According to the optimization results of layout of well and station,an optimization model is established for single tube multi-well series structure,and polar coordinate method is used to solve it.The optimization model of the tree structure between the metering station and the joint station is established,and the position of the joint station and the tree structure are solved simultaneously by using chaos genetic algorithm and Prim algorithm.Compared with the example of the tree structure and the star structure,and knowing that tree structure can save the construction investment of the pipe network.According to the determined topology of pipe network,the optimization model is established with the minimum of pipeline construction cost as the objective function,then chaotic genetic algorithm is used to calculate respectively the diameter of each pipe section of pipe network of program one and program two.And according to the block of the current gathering and transportation network system,calculating the construction investment cost and the total length of the pipeline.Carrying on comparison and analysis between program one,program two and the current gathering and transportation network system,and knowing that the two kinds of pipe network planning schemes are more efficient than the current one.
