With the implementation of various environmental protection policies of China's "Blue Sky Defence War",people's requirements for the environment are getting higher and higher,and natural gas as a clean energy has been valued by all walks of life.Integrating resources and accelerating enterprise transformation and upgrading have become the only way for enterprises to develop in the new era.In China's gas industry,through the integration of mergers and acquisitions to quickly integrate domestic resources,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises into a fast way for the development of large gas companies.Through the merger and acquisition of enterprise mergers and acquisitions to quickly enter the regional gas market,reduce the competition cost and competition barriers of enterprises,use the resources of the original enterprises to enhance market competitiveness,and shorten the transformation time cost of enterprises in development is an important way for gas enterprises to transform and upgrade.This paper takes the merger and acquisition process of H Natural Gas Company to N Company as an example to study the motivation,evaluation process and corresponding merger and acquisition strategy of natural gas company.H Gas Company is the largest gas distribution company in China,with abundant financial strength and corporate management capabilities.In the joint venture with M enterprises,they have obtained corresponding benefits.Under the background of enterprise transformation and upgrading,the company has integrated resources through strategic mergers to expand the production and operation capabilities of enterprises and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.This paper uses the basic principles of comparative analysis,combines the path of merger and acquisition of H company with the specific strategy research project and the target path of M company,N company,corporate culture,etc.,combined with the prior theory of enterprise strategic management,through H The company's systematic rating,verification of the M&A project,and the conclusion of the final merger and acquisition.Finally,combined with the experience of H Gas Company in M&A integration,it is clear that the M&A integration of enterprises is a long-term process.In the M&A integration,the main reason is complementarity and the purpose of the superior project.In the M&A integration of enterprises,it is necessary to systematically realize the pre-M&A evaluation,starting from the aspects of corporate culture,human resources and brand strategy,which provides a certain reference for the implementation of M&A integration strategy of domestic enterprises.
