Based on the curtain grouting treatment project of zhuxianzhuang coal mine in suzhou,this paper analyzes that the fault fracture zone is the main controlling factor of grouting uplift by reading theoretical literatures,collecting geological data,using numerical simulation for simulation analysis and field investigation of fracture types and characteristics.The main research results are as follows:(1)based on grouting theory and geological conditions in the study area,the influencing factors of slurry diffusion distance and uplift were analyzed.Theoretical analysis shows that the uplift of surface uplift is related to increasing the grouting amount,prolonging the grouting time and increasing the grouting pressure.Combined with the influence of geological conditions,fractures and other weak structural surfaces in the rock mass play a major control role.On the one hand,high pressure osmotic grouting will lead to vein-like diffusion in the weak structure;on the other hand,the splitting effect will cause the expansion of the weak structure and the uplift of the surface.(2)in fault fracture zone of uplift uplifting effect as the main research content,using numerical simulation software simulation analysis,from the vertical displacement,fluid migration and ground displacement analysis of the three aspects of get the following results: 1)the maximum vertical displacement are near the fault,and the farther from two grouting holes affect the overlapping area,also the lower the peak.2)the fluid flows to the overlying rock and soil layer with the fault as the channel,and the farther away from the overlapping area affected by the two grouting holes,the fluid migration gradually weakens.3)the highest ground uplift is distributed in the area where the fault intersects the grouting belt,and the uplift is gradually decreased in a ring around the center.All these indicate that fault fracture zone is the main controlling factor of uplift.(3)based on the field investigation and analysis of surface cracks and house cracks,the types and characteristics of cracks are summarized from the aspects of length,width and development position,and the correlation between cracks and grouting construction is demonstrated from the development shape,height difference and development law of cracks.The relationship between crack development degree and the location between the curtain wall and the cross part of the fault is summarized: the closer to the cross part,the wider and denser the surface crack is,and the surface dislocation is obvious.The closer to the intersecting position,the more widely the cracks develop.Therefore,the comprehensive analysis shows that the fault fracture zone is the main controlling factor for the uplift of the grouting uplift.This paper contains 46 figures,2 table and 93 references.
