Recycling of residual coal pillars has important social and economic value for improving coal recovery rate and resource utilization and extending mine life.However,since the protection coal pillar is affected by the mining of the working faces on both sides,the concentration of stress in the coal pillar is large,which makes the maintenance of gob-side roadway difficult.In view of the problem of coal pillar recovery,the coal pillar working face of Daiyang Coal Mine is taken as the research background.This paper comprehensively analyzes from various angles such as theory,simulation and field test and so on.Under the influence of three typical irregular mined areas on one side of the coal pillar working face,the author systematically studied the distribution of the bearing stress and plastic zone in the coal pillar,the reasonable position of the return airway,and the supporting technology and conducted the industrial test.The main research results of this paper are as follows:?1?Through the theoretical analysis,I obtained the distance of the concentrated stress peak in the coal pillar and the damage characteristics of the stress peak to the coal-rock mass.Using the FLAC3D numerical simulation software,I obtained the variation of stress and deformation in the residual coal under the condition of irregular goaf.This is in contrast to the condition of regular goaf.?2?Through the numerical simulation method,after simulating the mining of three typical irregular goafs,the distribution characteristics of vertical stress,shear stress and plastic zone in the working face are obtained.It can be seen that the existence of multiple sharp points in the irregular goaf makes the stress environment in the coal body more complicated,and the concentrated distribution range and concentration degree are scattered and distributed in the direction of vertical to coal pillar working face advance,what's more,the stress superposition occurs between the goafs.The characteristics of these stress concentrations are comprehensively analyzed to provide a basis for the layout of the roadway.?3?Using the numerical simulation method,I comprehensively analyzed the stress and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock under different coal pillar widths during the roadway excavation and coal pillar working face mining.It is determined that the width of the coal pillar of the roadway is designed to be 7m.In the support scheme,part of the roadway is proposed for reinforcement support.?4?Give a support scheme and carry out an industrial test.Observations were made during the tunneling of the test roadway.The results show that the roadway support parameters are safe and reliable,and the surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled.
