Coal mine safety issues have always been a hot spot of social.In recent years,the safety status of China's coal industry has increased significantly,and the death rate of millions tons of coal mines has dropped below 0.1.However,major and extraordinarily serious accident occur frequently.It is still a long way to fundamentally improve the status of coal mine safety production and prevent coal mine accidents.Constructing a dual prevention mechanism for safety risk grading management and hidden danger investigation can curb coal mine accidents and achieve safe production.Based on the basic methods,theories of risk assessment and hidden danger investigation,combined with the actual situation of Xiaojiawa coal mine,this paper established the risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and management system of Xiaojiawa coal mine,and uses the existing safety integrated information system of coal mine to conduct the site.Apply and analyze the effects of the application.The main results are as follows:(1)Analysed the relevant theories of risks and hidden dangers and combined with the actual situation of Xiaojiawa coal mine,the risk management organization and hidden danger investigation organization of Xiaojiawa coal mine was established;the whole coal mine was carried out by using the task analysis method and the accident causation mechanism method.Hazards were identified and hazard sources were classified according to the risk matrix method.It is found that there are 2876 dangerous sources involved in Xiaojiawa coal mine;261 risk points are involved in the 1214 operation process,including 11 major risk points,86 major risk points,147 general risk points and 17 low-risk points.The mine risk distribution map is drawn,and the different levels of risk are subject to hierarchical control and the whole process follows the PDCA cycle mode;(2)According to the principle of human-machine-ring-tube classification,using the method of field investigation and analysis and theoretical analysis method,the database of hidden dangers were authorized in Xiaojiawa coal mine,the database of hidden dangers of equipment and facilities,and the database of hidden dangers of workplaces were established.And security management class hazard troubleshooting database.After investigation,there are two major accidents in Xiaojiawa coal mine: no mining license and no safe production license..At the same time,it supervises and manages the work and the whole process follows the LOEPC hidden danger pre-control management mode;(3)Finally,the Xiaojiawa coal mine safety integrated information system was used to assist the application research of the coal mine dual control system.It was found that the application of the coal mine dual control system can realize the dynamic control of the safety risks and accidents caused by the coal mine enterprises during the operation process.To reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents and achieve safe production in coal mines.By establishing the dual control system of Xiaojiawa coal mine,it can effectively curb the occurrence of serious accidents,reduce the frequency of general and low-risk accidents to improve the safety level,facilitate the supervision and management and storage of relevant data,and significantly improve the efficiency of coal mine safety management.This paper has certain reference value for the establishment and application of risk classification control and hidden danger investigation system for mines of the same type.
