| Gas coal seams are distributed in various regions of China.In order to prevent the frequent occurrence of gas disasters,relatively safe underground drilling and drainage methods are adopted today.However,the current gas drainage method still has technical deficiencies.Because the gas drainage adopts negative pressure extraction,there will be water and a small amount of coal slag in the drainage hole entering the gas drainage pipeline along with the negative pressure.The presence of accumulated water and cinder in the gas drainage pipeline will reduce the effective cross-sectional area of the gas drainage pipeline,and even block the gas drainage pipeline when the situation is serious.Therefore,it is necessary to promptly discharge the gas in the gas drainage pipeline.Sedimentation and cinder removal,so as not to affect the gas drainage efficiency.Artificial drainage and traditional automatic water discharge drainage are the main two drainage methods for the drainage of coal mine gas drainage pipelines.However,there are certain defects in the drainage and slagging methods of the two gas drainage pipelines.The release of water causes the labor of the workers to increase,and it is easy to release the water in time,which affects the gas drainage efficiency;the traditional automatic water discharge device is easily affected by the accumulation of water and cinder in the drainage pipeline during the drainage process,resulting in the water discharge device.The damage is blocked by the gas drainage pipe and the stability is poor.This paper studies the shortcomings of artificial water dispensers and traditional automatic water dispensers,and caters to the intelligent transformation of coal mines in China,and designs a set of intelligent drainage and slagging system for gas drainage pipelines.The frame design of the intelligent drainage system for gas drainage pipelines is designed to match the drainage slagging capacity with the drainage objects;to analyze the reasons for the low efficiency and easy damage of the existing water discharge devices,and to design a stable and reliable gas drainage pipeline intelligence.The water discharge device can check the height of the water in the water tank through the liquid level sensor,and use the single-chip microcomputer to make the control center,and control the water discharge and slag discharge of the water discharge device through the electromagnetic valve.The Fluent numerical simulation software was used to study the state of water storage and drainage of the intelligent water dispenser box.Optimize the optimal inclination of the baffle of the drainer by 35°,and the optimal height of the upper case of 350 mm The simulated water dispenser was used for water storage and drainage in different conditions of different drainage volume of underground gas drainage pipeline,different particle size of coal slag and different negative suction pressure.The simulation results show that the intelligent drainer has a negative suction pressure of 15-35 k Pa,a gas drainage pipeline displacement of 40-100 L/min,and a smart water discharger with a coal slag volume fraction of 15%.The coal slag particle size is 36-100 mesh.At the same time,the water storage and drainage work can be performed normally.Through the performance test of the intelligent water discharger,the basic performance of the intelligent water discharger was tested.The experimental results show that the designed intelligent water discharge device can smoothly discharge the water when the negative pressure is 25 k Pa and the cinder particle size is 30-150 mesh.The draining and draining work of the device.When the negative pressure is 55 k Pa,the water discharge device begins to leak and leak,which is the critical negative pressure for the intelligent drainer to work normally.The field engineering experiment of the water discharge device shows that the designed intelligent water discharge device can efficiently and stably complete the drainage and slagging work of the gas drainage pipeline in the underground.The drainage volume of the extraction drilling hole is increased by 97% compared with the installation of the traditional water discharge device.The installation of the intelligent drainer drainage slag gas drainage pipeline compared with the gas drainage pipeline without the water discharge device is increased by 1.05 times compared with the original. |
