When there is a sudden accident in a coal mine,the shelter chamber is an important place for people affected by underground disasters to escape,providing emergency safety areas for safe haven personnel,and not only greatly reducing the number of casualties in coal mine accidents.More conducive to underground emergency rescue work,is now an important safety and security measures for coal mines,but at the time of the accident,the shelter chamber needs to be separated from the outside world for a long period of time.With the heat accumulation of personnel and electromechanical equipment and external heat conduction,the temperature in the chamber will continue to rise and endanger the safety of the safe haven personnel.Therefore,it is essential to effectively control the shelter room in a suitable temperature environment.The ice storage air-conditioning is the most commonly used cooling system to control the ambient temperature of the shelter chamber in the coal mine,but the research on the cooling effect and applicability of ice storage air-conditioning in the underground is very cautious.Therefore,based on the monitoring and control platform of the environment parameters of the shelter chamber,the paper analyzes and studies the cooling effect and practical applicability of the ice storage air conditioner through experiments and numerical simulation.In addition,this paper mainly introduces the structure and internal control system of the shelter chamber platform,analyzes the main structure and working principle of the ice storage air-conditioning,studies the main factors that affect the temperature of the shelter chamber,and performs a quantitative calculation of the heat generation and heat dissipation in various ways.Based on the heat balance principle of closed space,two sets of temperature control and monitoring experiments were carried out in the control platform of the shelter chamber,namely the temperature control experiment without cooling system and the cooling experiment of ice storage air conditioning under high temperature environment.The simulation software is used to simulate the temperature field distribution in the shelter chamber when the cooling system is opened and the cooling system is not opened.Through the numerical simulation and the comparison of experimental results,the following main conclusions are obtained:(1)Based on the data analysis of the heating experiment of the non-cooling system in the shelter chamber platform,the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient ofthe shelter chamber is derived based on the calculation of the heat generation and heat dissipation at the living room size and equilibrium temperature.(2)Numerical simulation of the temperature field distribution in the shelter chamber under two working conditions will compare the average space temperature obtained with the temperature monitored at each monitoring point.The optimal position of temperature sensor installation in the shelter chamber temperature monitoring system and cooling system is obtained.(3)Experimental simulation of the maximum boundary temperature of the safe haven personnel in the shelter room after entering the room to heat up to 35 °C,turning on the ice storage air-conditioning to cool down,monitoring the temperature changes in the shelter room,and recording the time required for each cooling period and the lowest possible temperature reduction.The cooling effect of ice storage air conditioner is verified and the actual cooling quantity of ice storage air conditioner is calculated based on experimental data.(4)Based on the actual cooling volume data obtained from the cooling experiment of ice storage air conditioners,the cooling effect and applicability of ice storage air conditioners used in the shelter chamber platform in the outdoor high temperature environment are calculated,and the cooling effect of ice storage air conditioners in the shelter Chamber of 100 people underground is calculated.It provides theoretical guidance for the design of cooling system in underground shelter Chamber of coal mine.
