Using acrylamide and acrylic copolymer as the basic functional materials,the microfluidic technology is combined with the traditional polymerization method to prepare a series of small particle size water-soluble gel particles with specific properties and high regularity,and at the same time Materials with specific functions are coated on the surface of the functional material layer by layer using a multi-layer assembly technique to impart specific functionality to the water-soluble gel particles.The water absorption properties,stability,strength and other properties of the small-diameter water-soluble gel particles can be controlled by changing the type of the functional material of the coating layer,the thickness of the coating layer,and the ratio between the respective components,thereby realizing specific environmental conditions.The intelligent profiler process.?1?Combining microfluidic technology with emulsion polymerization,using water-in-oil?W/O?emulsion template,droplets as micro-reactors,and solidification of droplets by free radical polymerization,successfully producing isotropic P?AA-AM?gel particle temporary plugging agent.By simulating the env ironmental conditions of the reservoir,the results show that the molar ratio of AA to AM is 1:1,the content of K2S2O8 is 0.8 wt%,the content of Al?NO3?3 is 1.0 wt%,and the content of AA and AM is 40°C.30 wt%,60%neutralization degree,the best performance of P?AA-AM?gel particle temporary plugging agent?regularity,swelling rate,swelling ratio,compressive strength,solubility,returning performance?.The P?AA-AM?gel particle temporary plugging agent has low viscosity after dissolution,has good backflow performance,and has good salt tolerance.?2?Combining microfluidic technology with emulsion polymerization,using water-in-oil?W/O?emulsion template,droplets as micro-reactors,and solidification of droplets by free radical polymerization,successfully producing isotropic P?AA-AM?@SiO2 gel particle temporary plugging agent.By simulating the environmental conditions of the reservoir formation,the results show that the addition of inorganic particles modified SiO2 can effectively improve the water absorption ratio,salt tolerance of the gel particle temporary plugging agent and the compressive strength of the gel particle temporary plugging agent,and when modified When the content of SiO2 is less than 20 wt%,the dissolution time of the s ystem is short?completely dissolved in 7 h?,the viscosity is low?less than 65 mPa·s?,the residual rate is low?less than 10 wt%?,and the flow is good.performance.?3?Combining microfluidic technology with emulsion polymerization,using water-in-oil?W/O?emulsion template,droplets as micro-reactors,and solidification of droplets by free radical polymerization,successfull y producing isotropic P?AA-AM?@GO Gel Particle Temporary Blocking Agent.By simulating the environmental conditions of the reservoir formation,the results show that the addition of inorganic particles GO can effectively improve the water absorption ratio,salt tolerance and the compressive strength of the gel particle temporary plugging agent,and the GO content can be seen.It has little effect on the dissolution properties of the gel particle temporary plugging agent.The gel particle temporary plugging agent has low viscosity after dissolution?less than 65 mPa·s?,low residual rate?less than 2.5wt%?,and good return flow performance..?4?Combining microfluidic technology with emulsion polymerization,using water-in-oil?W/O?emulsion template,droplets as micro-reactors,and solidification of droplets by free radical polymerization,successfully producing isotropic P(AA-AM-C18DMAAC)gel particle temporary plugging agent.By simulating the environmental conditions of the reservoir formation,the results show that the addition of the hydrophobic monomer material C18DMAAC can improve the stability of the temporary plugging agent during transportation,so that the gel particle temporary plugging agent does not swell too fast and block the pipeline.The temporary plugging agent has low viscosity after dissolution?less than 69 mPa·s?,and the dissolution time increases?less than 9 h?,and has good backflow performance.
