As the core component of the high-voltage capacitor bank switch,CuW material faces severe arc ablation, extrusion deformation and friction and wear under working conditions. Therefore, improving the arc ablation, friction and wear properties and mechanical properties of CuW alloy is of great significance for prolonging the service life of the alloy. In recent years, with the widespread use of solid lubricants,if the phase with lubricating effect is added,it will be hopeful that the strong arc generated by the contact will be evenly distributed on the contact surface at the moment of opening and closing, which will reduce the wear and tear at the moment of opening and closing, and prolong the service life of the contact. Therefore,a new type of CuW alloy and CuW/CrCu monolithic material with lubricating phase were prepared by powder metallurgy. The effects of lubrication with different additions on the microstructure and properties of alloys were investigated by various characterization methods, and the powders of different lubricating phases were compared. The results are as follows:(1)Under the premise of ensuring the electrical conductivity of the alloy, the hardness of the CuW alloy increases by 23%after adding lubricating phase powder, and the tensile strength and compressive strength of the alloy increase first and then decrease with the addition of WS2.When the content of WS2 is 0.6wt.%,the alloy has the maximum compressive and tensile strength.(2)Compared with WS2 powder,CuW alloy with BN powder has higher voltage resistance and better electrical breakdown performance,When the content of WS2 in CuW alloy is 0.3wt.%and that of BN powder is 1.2wt.%,the breakdown performances are the best, and the discharge current-arc time curve is smoother.(3)The addition of lubricating phase powder improves the bonding strength of CuW/CrCu monolithic material. When WS2 content is 0.9wt.%,the bonding strength increases by 30%.When BN content is 0.6wt.%,the bonding strength reaches 420Mpa,which exceeds 50%of the national standard.(4)The addition of lubricating phase powder forms a discontinuous lubrication film on the surface of the alloy, which effectively reduces the roughness of the worn surface and the friction coefficient and wear rate of the self-lubricating material. When WS2 content is 1.2wt.%,the friction coefficient of the alloy decreases by about 42%,while when BN content is 1.5wt.%,the friction coefficient decreases by about 33%.
