With the development of the times,sewing technology is no longer limited to clothing,shoes and hats,etc.,and has been widely used in high-end fields such as aerospace,aviation,weapons,and automobiles.The traditional plane sewing process can not meet the existing industrial practice requirements,and the research on the three-dimensional sewing equipment based on industrial robot technology and sewing technology is particularly urgent.The three-dimensional sewing equipment can realize the spaee curve movement by utilizing the space motion capability of the industrial robot,and complete the complicated surface sewing with high degree of automation.The paper studies the key technical issues involved in three-dimensional sewing equipment main tasks as follows:Kinematic analysis of the selected UP50N robot.The forward kinematics model of the robot is established and solved.The three-dimensional workspace of the robot and its singularity are analyzed,A light non-feeding micro-oil industrial sewing machine was designed.The kinematics simulation was carried out for each component.The natural frequency and vibration displacement of the casing were farther analyzed and compared with the traditionaal sewing machine analysis results.The inertial force generated by the operation of the new sewing machine is applied to the end of the industrial robot,and the vibration characteristics of the three-dimensional sewing equipment are analyzed?For the seam curve of a car model of a certain type of car,the NURBS curve and surface reeonstuetioin method based on IGES format file is used to reconstruct it.According to the sewing characteristics,the NURBS stitch curve is solved by Taylor expansion NIUBS and other chord length Interpolation algorithms and three NURBS chord length interpolation algorithms for improving the Adams differential equation.The adaptation plan and the simiilation of the example verify the effectiveness of the above algorrithm.
