The study is mainly aimed at the cooling tower blowdown water of the refining and petrochemical enterprises, and a new organic titanium composite adsorbent is used for the removal of pollutants. Then, combined with electrocatalytic oxidation tec.hnology to treat the resulting desorption liquid,so that it can achieve near zero emission of pollutants. Finally, the toxicity of the process was monitored by toxicology genomics method, and the source of toxicity in the CTBD was inferred, which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent process. The main research conclusions in this study are as follows;1)In the adsorption experiment, the optimal reaction conditions for the adsorbent are as follows:the dosage is 1.5g/L,the mixed reaction time is 30min,the rotation speed is 200r/min;wherein the pH in the water is in the adsorption process. The main influencing factors, when pH?9,TOC and TP can get better adsorption removal, while the conductivity and hardness have limited influence on adsorption efficiency.During the regeneration and recycling process, the adsorption effect gradually decreased, but it still has an efficient adsorption effect after 30 cycles of regeneration.2)The-PbO2 modified electrode is used to catalyze the high concentration of desorption liquid generated during the oxidation adsorption process. The experimental results show that the biochemical requirements can be fully achieved after 4 hours of electrocatalysis;in the process of catalytic oxidation, the organic matter is first converted into small molecules and then oxidized into water and carbon dioxide:3)Process toxicity monitoring results show:the results show that the circulating water of the cooling water itself is not highly toxic, and it has little change before and after the adsorption, and even the concentration of the desorption liquid does not increase significantly after concentrating. However,in the electrocatalytic process of the desorption solution, the toxicity first increases and then decreases. This process may result in an increase in toxicity due to oxidation of trichloroisocyanuric acid in the desorption solution resulting in a large amount of intermediate products in the electrocatalytic process. It is speculated that the oxidation of trichloroisocyanuric acid in the desorption solution causes a large number of disinfection pairs in the electrocatalytic process. The product causes an increase in toxicity. This hypothesis was verified by toxicity testing of water treatment agents. This speculation was validated in subsequent toxicity assessments of water treatment agents.
