Cu2O is a kind of semiconductor material which bandgap is of 1.9-2.38 eV.It possess numerous advantageous properties such as innocuous and low costs.Therefore it is considered to be one of the promising photocatalytic materials in the wastewater treatment.Since its photocatalytic efficiency is largely restricted by the defects of recombination for photogenerated electron and hole.The coupling of semiconductor Cu2O and wide-band semiconductor could form Cu2O heterostructure with high catalytic activity.Cu2O can not only expands the photoresponse of wide-band semiconductor to the visible light for improving the utilization efficiency of sunlight,but can also transfer photoproducted electron of Cu2O to reduce the probability of electron-hole pairs recombination,which could improve the photovoltaic photocatalytic efficiency.So it has inestimable prospect for photocatalysis application in the field of wastewater degradation.The paper proposes an electrodeposition method to prepare Cu2O thin film onto the ITO conducting glass.XRD?XPS?SEM?PL and UV-Vis are used to characterize and to analyze the thin film microstructure,surface morphology,banding state and optical properties respectively.The results are as follows:?1?Cu2O electrodeposition process is irreversible diffusion controlled process,the electrolyte concentration on the nucleation mechanism of Cu2O in the deposition process of ITO surface effects are more obvious,which in 15mmol/L Cu?AC?2 under Cu2O nucleation process in line instantaneous nuclear theoretical model.Nucleation mechanism has a significant impact on the structure and morphology of Cu2O in optoelectronic properties.Instantaneous nucleation mechanism of Cu2O under obtain a higher carrier concentration?4.9×1022cm-3?and a stronger photoluminescence properties and the surface resistance is smaller.Compared with continuous nucleation mechanism,Cu2O instantaneous nucleation mechanism under preparation showed more regular topography and more excellent optoelectronic properties.?2?Study the performance of different systems Cu2O films produced under each system Cu2O film with high purity,the performance of cuprite structure;Cu2O film was prepared in a different topography.The band gap of the differences in the different systems prepared Cu2O film is unlikely.but the performance of different conductivity type,wherein the thin film performance Cu2O acidic body under the n-type semiconductor,is the photocurrent pulse appears in the light conditions,alkali Cu2O film performance of the system under the p-type semiconductor,a negative photocurrent pulse appears in the light conditions.n-type Cu2O film has a higher carrier concentration,the open circuit voltage and photocurrent intensity.On the other hand sticks crystalline glucose Cu2O film with electro-catalytic properties.Study the current response performance Cu2O films and get a linear equation:J?mA·cm 2?=-0.129C?mg·L-1?-0.301?R2=0.997?,the linear range of:1?20 mg·L-1?5.55?111.01umol/L?,sensitivity:35.39 mA·cm 2·mM-1.Rapid response to glucose,excellent anti-j amming performance,stable performance.?3?Cu2O composite film of Cu2O composite of different conductivity types for preparing high purity,free of impurities;after estimating S13-Cu2O films smallest band gap?2.031 eV?,S13-Cu2O composite film at 400?640 nm in the visible light region exhibit strong rate,strong absorption of visible light region can be more fully absorb sunlight;S13-Cu2O film flat band potential of the most negative?0.194V?,and photoluminescence intensity of the strongest,S13-Cu2O film theoretically higher photocatalytic properties.By degradation of methylene blue derived S13-Cu2O film really has the best degradation effect,its application in Fluroxypyr degradation,3h after catalytic degradation rate of 89.0%;after reused 10 times,for photocatalytic degradation rate of fluroxypyr can reach more than 75%.Cu2O composite film showed better catalytic performance and recyclability.?4?The different processes for preparing of Cu2O/ZnO performance composite films,wherein the composite electrodeposition obtained Cu2O/ZnO purity higher band gap of 2.40 eV,thin shape into a fluffy stacked sheet structure,sheets about the size of 2um thickness 50-100 nm about,Cu2O crystal ball dense packing on the sheet structure;Cu2O/ZnO composite films have a good degradation effect,its application in Fluroxypyr degradation,3h after catalysis the degradation rate of 91.2%.
