Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsuet S.C.Cheng,an original plant of Chinese Traditional Medicine Shanyinhua, was mainly distributed in southwest of Guizhou Province, where the plant was used as an ecological improving plant for the Karst desertfication control, resulting in the huge bioamass of the plant. The flowers and buds of the plant are considered as one of characteristics bulk medicinal resources in Guizhou. The quality study on Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsuet S.C.Cheng was conducted in this thesis. With the combination of HSCCC and prep-HPLC methods, six compounds were isolated rapidly and identified as 3,4-Dicaffeoylquinic acid;3,5-Dicaffeoylquinic acid;4,5-Dicaffeoylquinic acid fulvotomentoside A,dipsacoside B,and fulvotomentoside B.A method based on quantitative analysis of multicomponents by a single-marker was established to determine the content of caffeoylquinic acids and triterpenoid saponins in the plant, with the compounds 3,5-Dicaffeoylquinic acid and dipsacoside B as inner standards respectively..In order to prepare for the total glycosides of Lonicera fulvotomentosa, the weak polarity macroporous resin HP-20 was selected as the adsorbed material following the result of static adsorption experiment, and the parameters for the eluting of the total glycosides from HP-20 resin was optimized by response surface methods, and the precdicted optimized condition was at a elutate of 80% methanol,3.7 BV elute volume,0.15 g/g of and elute rate of 4.2 BV/hr,with a predicted yield of 78.5%.The real yield was 76.9% after three experiments under the predicted eluting condition.
