The numerical control technology major at the secondary vocational level is the main channel to cultivate skilled turning talents,and the quality of school education is directly related to the quality of skilled turning talents in the future.Therefore,in order to make the development of secondary vocational education keep pace with The Times and adapt to the actual needs of enterprises,it is a key measure to improve the quality of professional education and an important way to test the quality of secondary vocational education personnel training to build a comprehensive,reasonable and operable practical skills assessment and evaluation system for CNC turning.Through literature research,this study takes the pluralistic evaluation view,the developmental evaluation view and the reflective evaluation view as the theoretical basis,and takes the construction of the practical training skill assessment system of nc turning in secondary vocational schools as the main line to verify the effectiveness of the research ideas.This paper takes the numerical control specialty students and the practical training instructor of three secondary vocational schools in guizhou province as the investigation samples.Based on the previous research results and field visits,questionnaires are compiled to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the practical training skill assessment of numerical control turning processing from the perspective of students and the practical training instructor.The investigation found that the professional skills assessment of nc machining in secondary vocational schools has such problems as imperfect assessment and evaluation mechanism,lack of professional quality of students,disconnection between assessment standards and actual posts,inconsistency between assessment content and professional ability standards,single assessment method,emphasis on evaluation results and neglect of evaluation process,and lack of diversification of evaluation subjects.Based on the student and teacher questionnaire,combined with the numerical control turning processing practice teaching requirements,determine the skills evaluation target,process,content and standards,using the method of teaching experts and rank relative weight coefficient of each index and calculation method,the construction of the numerical control turning processing technical secondary school training skills examination evaluation system.According to the newly constructed skill assessment and evaluation system,with the evaluation quantitative table,reflection log,student performance and works as assessment and evaluation materials,the practical skill level of CNC turning processing of all the students in the 2017 autumn nc class of guizhou mechanical industry school was measured.This measurement result analysis adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to make a comprehensive evaluation of students’ professional skills in CNC turning.Opinions and Suggestions are collected in the form of student questionnaires and teacher interviews to form evaluation feedback.In the research,the evaluation system of practical skills for nc turning emphasizes the combination of teaching and learning evaluation,which has strong operability.The research has proved through practice that the assessment and evaluation effect of practical skills of nc turning in secondary vocational schools is obvious,which to some extent promotes the improvement of vocational quality and professional skills of secondary vocational students,and provides reference for the improvement of practical skills assessment and evaluation system of nc turning in secondary vocational schools.
