The biomaterial interface is usually constructed via covalent modification.Although this way can impart rich chemical groups and biological functions to the surface of the material,it also has many disadvantages.For example,the modification is cumbersome,uncontrollable,and selective to the substrate of the material,and also the modification involves in complex chemical synthesis,thus the modification is limited to many application ranges to some extent.In addition,the traditional biomaterial interface construction method is difficult for the deposition of all raw materials to the surface interface,and thus it is high cost and not environmentally friendly.In this paper,we used host-guest interaction of polycyclodextrin(PCD)-tannic acid(TA)pyrogallol and the strong substrate applicability of tannic acid to develop a fast and high-efficiency method with high utilization of raw materials in wide applications,such as cell fixation and release,preparation of antibacterial materials,and drug release.The specific work was as follows:(1)Preparation of host-guest tannic acid-polycyclodextrin film and its immobilization and release to cellsAfter the mixture of TA and PCD,TA-PCD particles(TPP)were formed via host-guest interaction.TPP could self-aggregate between the particles,which have the high adhesion to the substrate.A tannic acid-polycyclodextrin film(TPF)was further constructed via a solvent evaporation method,and TFP showed pH responsiveness and adamantane responsiveness.The film formation conditions of TPF were finally optimized to be: the mass ratio of PCD to TA was 2.5,the film formation temperature was 37°C,and the TA concentration was 1.3mg/mL.The optimized TPF preparation method was simple and have broad-spectrum applicability to the material substrates,and all the raw materials can be involved in film formation.TA-containing TPF rich in phenolic hydroxyl groups could be used to fix the cells,and then the cells are released by the responsiveness of adamantane and pH.The released cell activity was high,which has important clinical significance for further analysis and detection of cells.(2)Construction of silver-loaded antibacterial coating on the surface of tannic acid-polycyclodextrinThe nano-silver antibacterial coating was successfully constructed via the immobilization of the nano-silver particles on the surface of TPF by a one-step method.The method wassimple,convenient,and economic.The results showed the silver-loaded coating was a dissolution-type material,and the silver could maintain release in a high concentration within a long period.The immobilized amount of nano-silver was closely related to the antibacterial capability of the silver-loaded coating.With the increasing content of nano-silver,both the antibacterial effect of the corresponding silver-coated coating and the release amount of nano-silver enhanced.The silver-loaded coating displayed a strong bactericidal and high antibacterial properties,which killed not only the bacteria adhering to the surface,but also the surrounding bacteria.(3)Repairable and swellable properties and their applications of tannic acid-polycyclodextrin film under water steamThe TPF was placed under water steam to obtain a steam treated film(E-TPF).With the elongation with the steam treatment time,the transparency and thickness of the E-TPF was increased,and the film surface was much smoother.In addition,after the treatment of water steam,the TPF with micro-cracks could be repaired into a crack-free membrane structure,and there was no significant change in acid-base stability and contact angle.Thus,it is presumed that although the physical structure of the two coatings changed,there was less change in the chemical structure.The adsorption and release properties of doxorubicin were achieved by TPF and E-TPF,and E-TPF had better properties than TPF,which has considerable application prospects.
