Electrochemical sensors are widely used for environmental monitoring due to their fast response,high efficiency,convenience and practicality.In this work,sensitizing materials and the specific selectivity of molecularly imprinted polymers were combined,the molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensors based on these materials were prepared.And the analytical methods for tetrabromobisphenol A detection were also explored.The details are as follows:An electrochemical sensor based on electropolymerized molecularly imprinted polypyrrole and gold nanoparticles-multi-walled carbon nanotubes?AuNPs-MWCNTs?hybrid nanocomposites was prepared.Glassy carbon electrode?GCE?was modified with MWCNTs,and then AuNPs was prepared by electrodeposition method in HAuCl4 solution.The AuNPs-MWCNTs nanocomposite showed high electrocatalytic activity,good conductivity and enough reactive sites.And the molecularly imprinted polymers?MIPs?were synthesized through electro-polymerization with TBBPA as template molecules and pyrrole as functional monomers.Under optimal conditions,the sensor exhibited good selectivity of TBBPA,high sensitivity,and excellent producibility.The electrochemical responses of the sensor toward TBBPA were obtained in the linear range from 0.5 nM to 1?M with a limit of detection?LOD?of 0.24 nM?S/N=3?.An electrochemical sensor was fabricated by successively electropolymerizing a layer of prussian blue?PB?and a layer of molecularly imprinted polypyrrole on the surface of the MWCNTs modified electrode.The relationship between the concentration of TBBPA and the response signal of PB and TBBPA was explored.The electrochemical responses of PB were positively correlated with the concentration of TBBPA in the linear range from 0.5?M to 10?M.The relationship between the response signal of TBBPA and its concentration was not clear.And the performance of sensor needs to be further optimized.
