The variation distribution of oxygen content in rivers,lakes and seas depends on the temperature,salinity,circulation movement and biological activities of the water in which people live.Dissolved oxygen refers to the oxygen molecules dissolved in water and other liquids.Its content in water is one of the important indexes to measure the water quality.Therefore,the research and preparation of high performance dissolved oxygen sensors are of great significance to scientific research and industrial production.The electrode method is commonly used for on-line detection of dissolved oxygen,which has the disadvantage that the detection unit is easily polluted by the environment and causes the measurement value to drift.The method based on fluorescence quenching has the advantages of low environmental impact,high sensitivity,good selectivity and long life and easy maintenance.At present,researches on the principle of fluorescence quenching of dissolved oxygen sensing films at home and abroad mainly focus on the preparation of sensing films,including sol-gel method,polymer method and core shell structure using nanotechnology.Through investigation and analysis,based on the three(4,7-biphenyl-1,10-adjacent to the Philippines then Lin)dichloride ruthenium as fluorescent indicator,with ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and three fluorine propyl silane three oxygen radicals(TFP-TriMOS)for the former body,with organic fluoride modified sol-gel method is a kind of high sensitivity,good stability,rapid response of oxygen sensitive films.Since there are many factors affecting the preparation of high-quality dissolved oxygen films by sol-gel method,we selected 4 factors and 5 levels for experimental research.Orthogonal experimental design was adopted to optimize the experiment,reduce the experimental workload,and consider the interaction between various parameters.Through the analysis of the performance of oxygen sensitive films,the sensitivity and life of the films meet the requirements of measuring dissolved oxygen,so it can be used as the sensitive component of dissolved oxygen sensor.
