| In the dairy project,due to the very high requirements for produce qualified dairy,and many single key equipment from foreign suppliers.In order to achieve the project goals,as contractor who provide a complete set of product line and process of the project should not only be able to put these devices together within the time specified in the contract,and makes its function to meet the needs of the owners.But also can reduce the risk of the project implementation and the impact on the schedule of the project,complete project with high quality and on time.Therefore,the good and effective project schedule management has become a necessary condition.This paper construct schedule control model based on critical chain technology,and the use of this model and actual project are combined to determine the critical chain in the project to implement schedule management.The core problem of critical chain technology is the first to identify the key chain.A heuristic algorithm base on the principle of priority is studied in this paper,generating project left-justified schedule by this method,and implement the right shift operation to get related right-justified schedule,and then identify the key critical chain.About the design of the buffer,the traditional design base on project manager subjective judgment of the factors that cause the project schedule delay,adjustment only according to experience but not scientific or specific calculation methods.This paper hope that analyse and collect risk event which can affects the project schedule from previous project,using method of buffer system of three points estimation and position coefficient and risk assessment to calculate the buffer factors to determine the size of the buffer instead of subjective judgment,reduce the uncertainty of the activity duration.In addition,a new method is proposed regarding setting of feeding buffer,in order to makes it more effective to protect the activities on the critical chain.Finally this paper hopes to use project management knowledge as well as corresponding software tool to implement and modify the project schedule plan in order to shorten the project time and reduce the cost. |
