On research of features of wastewater to be treated in AnJiTianZiHu treatment plant,after analysis of former plant's in and out water's data and working situation,we chose the process of“HUSB+enhanced A/A/O+coagulation sedimentation filtration”.The project has been finished and come into use,out water stably meet the first grade A standard of“Pollutant discharge standard of municipal wastewater treatment plant”?GB18918-2002?.This paper forecasted and demonstrated rationality of the plant's extension which is 15 thousand m3/d,using unit land index method and present situation analysis method.Through analysis of the way to cause wastewater,we got the conclusion that ratio of domestic sewage to industrial wastewater,which would be changed from current 4:6 to 3:7.On research of actual data of present GaoYu wastewater treatment plant,factories in the park like ZuMing bean products co.,ltd.,and similar factories to be built like HuaFeng paper co.,ltd.,we got the inflow water quality as CODcr:400mg/L,BOD5:170mg/L,NH3-N:35mg/L,TN:45mg/L,TP:4mg/L.In view of the project's character,after comparison of conventional technologies,we raised two suitable routings based on A/A/O and MSBR.Finally the routing of“pretreatment+A/A/O+secondary sedimentation tank+polishing process”was chosen and optimized,considering combined operation of present A/O's manage advantages.Meanwhile,jumping tubes and overflow pipes can reduce operation energy consumption.Adding pre anoxic zone to biochemical structure also can strengthen the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal,carbon sources utilization.After compare of forecast data and actual data in test run,the project's running cost was found to be in line with expectations.
