| Waste printed circuit boards(WPCB)is an important product in process of waste household electrical appliances recycling, which has a large number of electronic components on surface. In WPCB recycling, the most common way to remove electronic components is heating and melting the solder. In the process of heating and disassembling WPCB,high temperature and beat release a lot of pollutants. The research studied the emission characteristics of particulate matter and polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)during the process. The particulate matter’s morphology characteristics, emission characteristics and particle size distribution were studied.Number concentration, mass concentration are determined experimentally. The deposition characteristics of particulate matter in human respiratory system were studied.Research studied the concentration of PBDEs and the contamination on workers’clothing. Results shown the majority of the particulate matters is fine particulate matter, the smaller particle has higher number concentration. The emission coefficient of number concentration is 3.30×10~5/cm~3·s,and the emission coefficient of mass concentration is 9.55mg/m~3·s.About 3.65mg particulate matters is inhaled into the worker’s respiratory system every hour.PBDEs in the air is mainly composed by BDE-28,BDE-47,BDE-99.Linen materials has strong adsorption capacity of low bromine PBDEs and cotton has strong adsorption capacity of high bromine PBDEs.The adsorption capacity of yarn is weaker.Particulate matter is an important medium of PBDEs contamination on clothing. This study provides a preliminary study on the pollution characteristics and the pollution control of the WPCB heating and disassembling process. |
