With the rapid development of society and industrialization,color has become one of the important indicators of product quality in many industries.In the industries such as textile,printing and dyeing,coatings,fiber,printing,plastics and food,it has been a common view of producers and consumers to regard color index as an important part of product quality.At present,along with the change of production mode and market demands,the color measuring instruments are gradually developing towards miniaturization.Due to the relatively late start of domestic research on color detection theories,methods and instruments,development of domestic color detection instruments is relatively backward,and the miniaturized instruments are even rarer.Combining with the current domestic market demand and the development status of color measuring instruments,a portable,cost-effective micro color measurement and analyzing instrument has been developed,which can meet the requirement of general application.The research and development of this instrument has certain practical significance.The mirco-color analyzer was developed on the basis of Hamamatsu C10988MA micro-visible spectrometer.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The detection principle of spectrophotometer and CIE uniform color space were analyzed,and the whole frame of color measurement and analysis system was put forward.The C10988MA-01 micro-visible spectrometer was used as the core component,and the 0/0?vertical/vertical?mode was used for lighting and observation conditions.The color detection system was constructed by using white LED lamp and other monochromatic LED lamp to simulate the spectral power distribution of standard D65 light source and other major components,and the overall structure of the liquid sample color detection and analysis system was designed.2.The basic performance and function of the micro-color detector were evaluated.According to the Chinese national standard JJG 178-2007,JJG 595-2002 and JJG 867-1994,the performance of the chromometer was tested in terms of stability,repeatability,maximum allowable error of transmission ratio,renaturation of transmission specific gravity,and 100%T baseline drift,where stability?f=0.09,repeatability s?Y?=0.1123,s?x?=0.0003341,s?y?=0.0006165,transmittance maximum allowable error?T=0.0459,transmittance repeatability?T=0.0988,100%T baseline relative standard deviation was between 0.00007 and 0.0004,all meeting the first-level measurement standards stipulated by the national standard.3.From the perspective of portable applications,a set of micro colorimeter application software?Android App?based on Android platform was developed.The app was programmed in Java programming language to realize basic control of micro color difference meter?such as spectral scanning parameter setting,sample transmission rate collection,map display,etc?.The app also has the functions of user registration and logining,sample calibration,color difference analysis,cloud server upload and download,etc.After verification by application test,the software was easy to operate,could run stably,and was adaptable to Android 4.0,Android 5.0,Android6.0and other devices.4.The spray-dried instant green tea,Great Wall Cabernet dry red wine and Great Wall rose red wine were used as experimental objects to carry out practical tests on the miniature color difference detector.Using distilled water as reference sample,the spray-dried instant green tea soup samples with a concentration gradient of 0.002 g/L?concentration range:0.80 g/L1.20 g/L?were subjected to transmittance measurement and analyzed to find their color difference.The?E*ab fell within 913NBS and were linear with the change of concentration.The chromaticity values L*,a*and b*were significantly different?P=0.05?between spray-dried instant green tea soup samples of different concentrations,as shown by Duncan's multiple range tests.For different concentrations of Great Wall Dry Red Wine and Great Wall Rose Red Wine,the CIE 1964 uniform color space and CIE 1976Lab color difference calculation method were used to study the brightness value L*,red/green value a*,and yellow/blue value b*.The results showed that with the increase of dry red wine and rose red wine content,L*showed a decreasing trend,and a*and b*showed an increasing trend,which were in line with human eye observation results.There is a significant linear relationship between?E*ab and wine concentration,which can effectively distinguish different concentrations of samples to be tested.The test proves that the system has certain reliability and practicability,having reached the level of product finalization and batch production.
