In recent years,Pushed by the "made in China 2025",the manufacturing industry gradually develop towards industrialization and information,Manufacturing companies want to upgrade their industries by replacing manual labor with automated production lines.In order to adapt to the market demand,Many equipment manufacturing enterprises have developed from a single equipment supplier to a production line integrated customization service provider,provide production line design,manufacturing,installation,maintenance and other full process services.In order to facilitate described in the following referred to as the whole line custom for such enterprise,Among them,the final assembly of the whole line customization enterprise has the characteristics of project-like operation,long production cycle,manual operation relying on the assembly team,and many required materials,this kind of final assembly process not only involves the deployment of the assembly team to and from several customer locations,but also faces the problem of uncertain assembly task man-hours and assembly material assembly time Therefore,facing the assembly process of whole-line customization enterprises,how to reasonably allocate assembly teams is studied to make whole-line customization enterprises have the best expected goal in the assembly process,which has important practical significance for whole-line customization enterprises.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the multi-site assembly process of the whole line customization enterprise:(1)organize assembly production mainly by process(2)mainly manual fixed point assembly;(3)multiple customer orders parallel assembly.In view of the characteristics of the assembly link of the whole line customization enterprise,this paper studies the reasonable allocation of the assembly team and the processing sequence of assembly tasks to minimize the average passing time of all orders in the assembly link under the condition that the assembly team allocate travel time in different places In addition in view of the uncertainty problem in the process of assembly,the scheduling method to solve through the proactive-response,including a proactiveresponse scheduling method is the basic idea is: through a proactive scheduling get stronger robustness,plan,executive deviation during the execution of a benchmark plan if the call the reactive strategy scheduling and planning for the benchmark in the benchmark plan has better robustness,the benchmark program has better practical guiding significance.However,considering the gap between theory and reality,the effectiveness of the scheduling model that considers the long-distance deployment of travel time by assembly group and the proactive and reactive scheduling model in the assembly link of whole-line customization enterprises still needs to be further verified.Therefore,the main work of this paper is carried out in the following steps:First of all,this paper fully considering the whole line more assembly link characteristics of customization enterprise,set up the assembly group different mixing assembly job scheduling model of travel time,building intelligent algorithms and the combined scheduling algorithm based on heuristic rules,through the actual case of intelligent algorithm based on heuristic rules and scheduling results were analyzed,and then through the experiment to obtain the optimal solution under different assembly environment,the analysis of the effect of different assembly environment of scheduling plan.Secondly,a multi-objective optimization model including quality robustness and robustness was constructed under the conditions of uncertain assembly time and uncertain assembly task material nesting time,respectively.According to the characteristics of the problem,improved the NSGA-II algorithm is proposed for uncertain circumstances are applied to solve the multi-objective optimization model,and through the actual case of multi-objective optimization model and improved the NSGA-II algorithm validation,in addition to design more groups of contrast experiments,the assembling time uncertainty,the delivery date is set tightness,material has set time deviation range,multipl e dimensions such as the assembly group long-distance travel time size analysis of the influence of proactive plan.Finally,consider assembly hours and assembly tasks at the same time the material neat set of dual uncertain time,build proactive-response scheduling model,according to the characteristics of the problem put forward the new response strategy,and t hrough the example of proactive-response scheduling method validation,moreover the proactivereactive scheduling is obtained by the experimental method under different interference intensity of uncertainty robustness performance indicators,analyzes the uncertainty of proactive interference strength-the influence of the reaction scheduling method.It provides a theoretical reference for the scheduling of the actual final assembly.
