Bentonite is a relatively new type of adsorbent, which has been studied by many scientific researchers all over the world. It has been found that bentonite has the characteristics of large specific surface area, more pore, cation exchange and so on.However, the adsorption performance of bentonite is not obvious,so it needs to be modified to increase its specific surface area, increase interlayer spacing, change its internal structure and improve its adsorption performance. At present, the modification of bentonite mainly focuses on the exchange of interlayer cations to change its adsorption performance, and there are many studies on the interlayer charge density. The key to the regulation of interlayer charge density is to control the surface of bentonite interlayer siloxane. At present, the main research in this field is the short carbon chain intercalation of charge-reducing lithium-bentonite to make organic charge-reducing bentonite.Soil,or low-charge lithized soil itself. It is found that there are many adsorption sites on the surface of siloxane of organic charge-reducing bentonite, which has a good effect on the adsorption of organic compounds. The research on the insertion of inorganic modifier into charge-reducing bentonite needs to be carried out, which is a supplement to the study of bentonite at the level of interlayer charge density. In view of the shortcomings at present, this topic uses microwave method to prepare the charge-reducing soil, prepare hydroxyl aluminium Pillared Bentonite by inserting hydroxyl aluminium pillared agent into the charge-reducing soil, and optimizes the preparation process parameters. At the same time, the internal structure of the chargereducing aluminium pillared bentonite is analyzed, and the charge-reducing aluminium pillared bentonite is applied to Rhodamine B and Coomassie Brilliant Blue to explore the opposite sides. The adsorption mechanism of Rhodamine B and Coomassie brilliant blue was obtained by adsorption kinetics and thermodynamic analysis.Through the analysis of relevant data, the following experimental conclusions are drawn:1.The optimum technological parameters for preparation of charge-reducing Alpillared bentonite are: Al=5mmol/g,M=0.44 CEC,T=40 C,t=24h.The reduced charge Al pillared bentonite has larger specific surface area, more adsorption sites and larger interlayer structure than the reduced charge lithium bentonite.2.The optimum reaction conditions for the removal of Rhodamine B by reduced charge Al-pillared bentonite are as follows: initial concentration 20 mg/L,dosage 1.0 g/L,reaction temperature 25 C,oscillation rate 180 r/min,reaction time 80 min,and pH 3.0.The adsorption kinetics and isotherm analysis showed that the adsorption process included surface adsorption and multi-layer adsorption.3.The optimum reaction conditions for the removal of Coomassie brilliant blue by charge-reducing Al-pillared bentonite are initial concentration of 30mg/L,dosage of 1.5g/L,reaction time of 100 min and pH of 7.0.The adsorption kinetics and isotherm analysis showed that the adsorption process included heterogeneous surface adsorption and multi-layer adsorption.
