Band saw blade is used in band sawing machine for cutting wood,metal,non-metal and other hard materials of a kind of industrial wear.The traditional band saw blade is made by electron beam welding or laser welding,but the independent welding tooth grinding process involved in this subject uses precision resistance welding technology.In precision resistance welding technology,the welding quality of band saw blade is determined by many factors,including welding time,welding current,welding pressure,and welding angle(the relative angle of the welding electrode,the particles and the sawtooth).Among them,the welding power source controls the output of the welding current parameter,and the welding pressure is provided by the servo pressurization system,and the welding angle has been manually debugged before.In terms of appearance,the quality of the band saw blade is reflected in two aspects: the center of the solder grain and the size of the heat affected zone,and these two parameters cannot be detected by manual real-time online.Therefore,based on the theory of machine vision related technology,combined with the actual production scene and inspection requirements of band saw blade,this paper proposes a visual inspection system for the welding quality of band saw blade,which realizes the rapid detection of the welding angle,the centering of the welding particles,and the area of the heat affected zone of the band saw blade.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Analysis of the band saw blade production process,and based on machine vision principle and hardware system structure,in accordance with demand results of the band saw blade welding quality of visual inspection system,in combination with the color and size of saw blade,welding particle and electrode,background color of welding pad,moving speed of target object and detection accuracy requirements of this subject,set up the right visual system hardware platform.2.The image detection part of the system is divided into three parts: pre-welding angle detection,post-welding neutral detection and post-welding heat affected area detection.The image processing of the three images to be detected is performed by segmentation processing,region processing,morphological processing and target edge contour processing,and different image processing algorithms are written for different detection targets.3.Design and implementation of human-computer interaction interface of a visual inspection system for band saw blade welding quality.This paper discusses the software development environment,software design process,framework structure,main idea and function realization of the band saw blade welding quality of vision inspection system.4.The single-factor welding process test of the hard alloy band saw blade was carried out by setting different visual inspection parameters,and the influence of different pre-welding angles,different welding energies and different neutralities on the welding quality of the hard alloy band saw blade,namely the breaking force,was analyzed.
