Abstract/Summary:
There are six abandoned slag piles in the Lukuishan iron ore mine area of Xinping County,Yunnan Province.It is found that the 1# and 2# slag pile slopes formed in the past few years have been stable in the natural state,and soon formed.The 3#~6# slag pile slope is damaged and appears to be unstable.Once this new slope is destabilized,it will threaten the economic loss and the safety of life and property of the mine and the villagers living in the lower part of the slope.Therefore,using the stability control factors of the 2# waste slag pile slope,the manual treatment method is adopted to propose the maintenance measures for the newly formed 3# waste slag pile slope,and finally reach the similar 2# quickly and efficiently.The research goal of slope stability.It has great theoretical significance and engineering practical significance for ensuring the safety of life and property of personnel under the slope,strengthening mine environmental management,and improving the economic and social benefits of the mine.The 2# slag pile slope is located in the Lukuishan mining area of Xinping County,Yunnan Province.It is a complex of accumulation layers and mining waste slag.2# The slag pile slope is generally in the shape of an inverted cone with a narrow upper and lower width.The elevation is in the range of1640m~1750m.The slope length is about 178 m,the left and right width is 225 m,the height is 76 m,and the stacking slope is 30°.The slag thickness is 17m~25m.Through the basic topographical features,structural features,hydrological characteristics of the 2# slag pile slope and the secondary cement in the waste slag layer,a detailed study was carried out.The use of outdoor sampling,physical and mechanical tests and laboratory tests to obtain reliable data parameters shows that the particle cohesion of the secondary cement in the 2# slag pile slope slag layer is higher than that of the newly formed slag pile slope.The cohesion of the slag particles.On this basis,Geo Studio software and limit equilibrium method are used to calculate the stability coefficient under various working conditions,and it is confirmed that the secondary cement in the waste slag layer can improve the stability coefficient of the slope,among which the microorganisms in the secondary cement The existence of the key.Comparative study of the waste slag pile slope formed at different times as the test object,microbial development characteristics in the slope.Finally,the influencingfactors of the stability of the 2# slag pile slope are put forward,and the treatment measures for the newly formed slag pile slope are proposed.The conclusions and research results are as follows:(1)Through the survey month survey of the engineering geological features of the 2# abandoned slag pile slope,the topographic features,structural features,hydrological characteristics and secondary cement in the waste slag layer are obtained.(2)By analyzing the structural characteristics of the slope,it is found that secondary cement is formed in the waste slag of the surface of the waste slag pile.The secondary cement is mainly composed of breccia,interstitial and microorganisms.These substances are There is currently no significant control factor for maintaining the slope of the waste slag pile.(3)In order to determine the role of secondary cement in the waste slag layer of the 2# slag pile slope,the particle grading sampling statistics,bulk density test,indoor shear strength test and slope calculation analysis of the slope outdoor,get fs=1.114 under natural conditions and fs=0.974 under new slope conditions.It is indicated that the secondary cement in the waste slag layer not only improves the cohesion between the particles,but also improves the stability of the waste slag pile slope.The development of a large number of microorganisms in the secondary cement is of great significance to the stability of the slope.(4)Using the waste slag pile slope formed at different times as the test object of microbial research,the number of Bacillus is proportional to the slope stability state through various test analysis.Through the morphological observation,physiological characteristics analysis and 16 rRNA sequence analysis of the strains,the dominant flora was identified as Bacillus.(5)Finally,the control factors of slope stability are discussed from the aspects of structural characteristics,material composition and steady state of the 2# slag pile slope,and the treatment measures for the newly formed waste slag pile slope are proposed.
