In order to deal with the solid waste phosphating slag,this paper uses the crude iron phosphate extracted by the research group to further optimize the process to prepare ultrafine iron phosphate micro-powder.At present,most researchers use chemical synthesis methods for the preparation of iron phosphate,and the research group based on the original intention of "turning waste into treasure",purified and prepared small particles of iron phosphate from phosphating slag.At the same time,it is studied as an application of wear-resistant additives in the field of plastics and the role of organic matter in orange peel adsorption biogas slurry,contributing to an environment-friendly society.In this paper,the method of hydrothermal pickling is used to extract the iron phosphate micro-powder in one step.The application of iron phosphate micro-powder as a plastic additive and the adsorption of organic matter and colloid in biogas slurry together with orange peel are studied.Firstly,the phosphating slag is used as the raw material,and after repeated washing with water,a certain amount of surfactant is added according to a certain ratio of phosphorus to iron to synthesize ultrafine iron phosphate fine powder with good dispersibility,and a Malvern laser particle size analyzer(MS2000)is used.),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analyzer(TG-DTG),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(EDX),inductive coupling The obtained samples were characterized and tested by plasma emission spectrometer(ICP).At the same time,an orthogonal experimental scheme was designed to study the effects of hydrothermal temperature,molar ratio of phosphorus to iron,type and amount of surfactant on the particle size of hydrothermally synthesized iron phosphate.The synthetic ultrafine iron phosphate powder is used as a plastic additive to enhance the wear resistance of plastics and rubber products and prolong the service life of plastic products.Because the purified iron phosphate particles are relatively small and have a large specific surface area,they can be used as an adsorbent to adsorb organic matter and colloid in the biogas slurry together with the agricultural and forestry waste orange peel,so that the biogas slurry meets the waste-water discharge standard and solves a large problem.Environmental problems have achieved the effect of “treating waste with waste”.The experimental results show that after repeated water washing,the excess acid andrelatively large particles in the powder are removed.After the hydrothermal treatment,the molar relative content of Fe increases from 61.35% to 79.65%,while the relative molar content of P element is almost No significant change,the relative content of Zn element decreased from 17.35% to 0.48%,and other trace elements were almost washed away.After the above experiment,iron phosphate having a relatively small particle diameter was obtained,but since the particles were too small,the agglomeration phenomenon was remarkable.In this paper,the effects of reaction temperature,molar ratio of phosphorus to iron,surfactant type and amount on the particle size of iron phosphate micro-powder were also studied by orthogonal experiment.The experimental results showed that the reaction temperature was160 ?,and the cationic surfactant(CTAB)was selected.When the amount is 1% by mass of iron phosphate,a monoclinic iron phosphate fine powder having an average particle diameter of about 0.4 ?m is obtained,and the particle size is minimized at this time.The range method proves that the reaction temperature has the greatest influence on the particle size of iron phosphate.The reason may be that temperature plays a key role in the recrystallization and bonding of iron phosphate.After the impact strength and tensile strength tests,the calculated iron phosphate micro-powder can be added as a wear-resistant additive to high-density polyethylene(HDPE)plastics to increase the tensile strength and toughness of the plastic,indicating that the iron phosphate micro-powder is worn and then Under the stimulation of external conditions,it can recrystallize spontaneously and tend to be in an initial state,similar to the self-healing process in the biological world.The experimental results of the combination of iron phosphate micro-powder and orange peel to jointly adsorb organic matter and colloid in biogas slurry show that when only the iron phosphate micro-powder is used as the filter layer,only some of the larger biogas residue can be removed,and the COD removal rate is only 63%.the chromaticity does not change much;when only orange peel is used,the COD removal rate is only about 70%,and the chromaticity becomes shallow;only when the two simultaneously act on the biogas slurry,the COD removal rate can reach about 80%.The reason may be that the iron phosphate micro-powder particles are relatively small,the specific surface area is relatively large,and it belongs to inorganic salt,which can filter the biogas residue,and the orange peel contains many organic substances such as citric acid and the structure.Using the network structure of orange peel,the organic matter and colloid in the biogas slurry are adsorbed into the orange peel,and the two adsorbed together to achieve the optimal effect.
