Phthalates?PAEs?are the most widely used plasticizers and chemical additives, which can affect human health and interfere with the body's endocrine circulation system, especially for male reproductive systems.Because it is easily released into the environment, and it is easy to cause precipitation accumulation and non-directional transfer inside the living body,it is easy to cause cancer cells, genetic mutations and the like in the living organism cells. Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to find a method that can be effectively removed.Molecular imprinting technology is a technology developed in recent years to efficiently remove trace pollutants from water. It has the advantages of strong pertinence and high removal rate, but the conventional imprinting method can only remove a single substance efficiently. In this paper, the conventional single-template imprinting preparation method is improved, and similar substances are introduced as auxiliary template molecules for double-template imprinting, thereby improving the adsorption efficiency of the main template molecules, and simultaneously adsorbing two or more similar substances.the goal of.In this experiment,in order to efficiently remove di?2-ethylhexyl?phthalate?DEHP?,DEHP was selected as the main template molecule, and di-n-octyl phthalate?DNOP?was used as the auxiliary template molecule.Silica-modified magnetic nano-ferric oxide?Fe3O4@SiO2?as carrier,?-methacrylic acid?MAA?as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate?EGDMA?as cross-linking agent, azo Diisobutyronitrile?AIBN?is used as an initiator. The bulk template molecular imprinting method is adopted to combine the surface thermal imitation polymerization with the surface imprinting method to prepare a double template molecular imprinting with better adsorption performance than the traditional single template molecularly imprinted polymer and capable of simultaneously adsorbing two target substances.Polymers?D-MIPs?were investigated experimentally for their specific adsorptivity, selectivity and regenerability. The results showed that the introduction of the auxiliary template molecule DNOP promoted the adsorption performance of DEHP,and the best effect was obtained with the ratio of DEHP;DNOP=0.8:0.2;D-MIPs for 10 different concentration gradients?0.005mmol·L-The unit adsorption capacity of 1-0.2mmol·L-1?of DEHP is0.496.16mg/g,and its unit adsorption capacity and adsorption rate are better than that of single template imprinted polymer?DEHP-MIPs?;both template molecules are There is a multi-site synergy with the selected monomers;D-MIPs can reach the optimal adsorption equilibrium before 30min;D-MIPs have the first adsorption capacity of84.02%at the 5th,and have good Regeneration performance. At the same time, various models were used to simulate the different adsorption processes:the static adsorption process fitting showed that the polymer system was more consistent with the single layer specific adsorption Langmuir adsorption model;the Scatchard model fitting estimated that the maximum adsorption capacity of D-MIPs was 7.14.Between-28.29mg·g-1,and the imprinted polymer has more binding sites than the non-imprinted polymer;the adsorption of D-MIPs and DEHP-MIPs on the target molecule is consistent with pseudo-secondary kinetics?Pseudo-Second-order?equation.The functional group characterization of D-MIPs by FT-IR infrared spectroscopy confirmed that the polymerization effect was good. The external morphology of D-MIPs was characterized by SEM scanning, which indicated that it had good imprinting holes and imprinting effects.
