In order to explore the polyacrylic acid(PAA)/polyethersulfone(PES)pH sensitive membrane,find its preparation method and the best ratio,this paper first explores the optimal ratio of PES concentration in PES ultrafiltration membrane,using L-S phase conversion method,A series of ultrafiltration membranes with different PES concentrations were prepared by using PES as a film-forming substance and PVP as a pore-forming agent to investigate the effect on PES performance and structure.Through investigation,the optimal PES ultrafiltration membrane ratio was PES:18%,PVP:10%,and N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)and N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)was 4:1.At this time,the pure water flux of the PES ultrafiltration membrane was 163.7 L/m~2·h,and the rejection rate was 83.3%.In order to improve the hydrophilicity of PES membrane ultrafiltration,the effect of AA content on the performance and structure of PES ultrafiltration membrane was investigated.A series of PES membranes with different AA content were prepared.The experimental results show that the hydrophilicity of AA i s in the cast membrane.The liquid film-forming process accelerates the exchange rate of the solvent and the non-solvent,thereby facilitating the formation of large pores,and the large pore volume causes the membrane to obtain a high water flux while mai ntaining a certain rejection.In this paper,the radical polymerization initiated by the redox reaction system is the basic principle.A crosslinking agent N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(MMBA)is added to the polymerization system to polymerize into a network-like,crosslinked polyacrylic acid macromolecule in a casting solution.The acrylic acid was modified by polymerizing acrylic acid in the casting solution,and the PES polyacrylic acid composite membrane was prepared by phase inversion method.At the sam e time,the performance of the PES film before and after the modification was tested.The hydrophilicity of the prepared PAA/PES pH sensitive membrane was better than that.The modified pure PES membrane has pH sensitivity,mechanical properties and anti-pollution properties are also improved,and the service life of the membrane is improved.
