Hydrogen fuel from water electrolysis is an effective way to promote green sustainable development in modern society.The researches on water electrolysis have never stopped for a long time,and how to improve the performances of water electrolysis has become the research hotspot.And with the advancement of technology,And with the advancement of technology,oxygen evolution reaction electrocatalysts for water electrolysis has become the focus of research.Polyaniline is an intrinsically conductive polymer with special optical and electrical properties.It is destined to be a promising material because of its low synthesis cost,great potential for modifying molecular structure and special proton doping mechanism.As a conductive material,it is used in cells,functional membranes and electrochemical devices.In addition,it has certain properties such as corrosion resistance,electroreduction and antistatic properties.Its various properties can bring high economic and military benefits to China in the future.At the same time,the carbon and nitrogen content are high in polyaniline,which make it an ideal material for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon materials.It is of great scientific significance and social value to study the surface morphology and electrochemical properties of polyaniline film and dehydrogenated polyaniline.In this paper,the basic properties of water electrolysis and polyaniline are discussed in detail.And the specific contents are as follows:(1)The basic principles of the two processes of oxygen evolution of water electrolysis and oxygen reduction of fuel cells are briefly described,their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.Based on the above,the importance of searching for efficient and environmentally friendly electrode materials is put forward.Accordingly,the research status of electrolytic water electrode catalysis is briefly described.(2)According to the actual situation,the development,basic structure and basic principles of polyaniline are briefly described.And briefly describe the research difficulties and key points of polyaniline and the status of related research.(3)Since polyaniline is a conducting polymers and easy to prepare.So polyaniline is polymerized into polyaniline film in acidic solution and coated on Pb-Ag(0.3wt%)alloy,and its electrical properties and corrosion resistance are studied according to its surface morphology and electrochemical properties.The results show that the anode modified by the polyaniline film exhibits superior electrical properties and high corrosion resistance compared with the bare electrode.(4)According to the molecular structure of polyaniline,it can be clearly found that polyaniline has a high nitrogen and carbon content,so polyaniline can be used as the precursor to prepare good nitrogen-doped carbon materials,preparation of very good nitrogen-doped carbon materials by microwave high temperature degradation.The experiment proves that the comprehensive performance of nitrogen-doped carbon materials prepared at 800 °C is significantly better than the nitrogen-doped carbon material prepared at other temperatures.
