| In this paper,the traffic safety and early warning system of tall bridges in cross-wind environment is studied.Firstly,taking traffic accident cases as the breakthrough point,highlighting the severity of traffic safety problems in cross-wind environment.The driving comfort and safety problems under the influence of wind load-vehicle-bridge common factors are discussed through the analysis of vehicle aerodynamic characteristics(pneumatic six-component force).And the reasons why the form of tall bridge towers and piers will aggravate the complexity of the problem are slso explained.With the help of wind speed and direction automatic recorder,PC software and other instruments and equipment,Jihe Expressway and Jinan Yellow River Third Bridge were selected as test sites,and two field test experiments were completed.Through collating and analyzing the measured real-time wind speed and direction data,the variation characteristics of wind speed field of bridges and embankments are obtained,including the variation laws of transverse wind speed field of girder bridges and embankments and along-bridge wind speed field of cable-stayed bridges.The results of field test provide practical basis for traffic safety analysis in cross-wind environment,and have positive significance for preventing traffic accidents and ensuring the safety of drivers’ lives and property.On the basis of obtaining the variation law of wind speed field of bridge and embankment,considering the factors of road alignment and superelevation,the vehicle rollover and sideslip models under the influence of mean wind and instantaneous wind are analyzed respectively,and the critical conditions of vehicle rollover and sideslip under two kinds of influence are obtained.By solving the non-linear equations by iteration method,the rollover and sideslip under given conditions can be obtained.Critical wind speed.And the analysis model was simplified by referring to the relevant literature in the analysis process,without considering the driver’s manipulation behavior,bridge vibration and bridge deck condition and other factors.Finally,combined with the above research results,the road traffic safety early warning system is put forward,and the theory of early warning management is applied to the field of road traffic management.By establishing corresponding early warning methods and pre-control organization system,the incentives to endanger road traffic safety are monitored,diagnosed and warned in advance.The physical components of the early warning system: information collection module,information processing module,information dissemination and early warning module are formed,and can achieve good results. |
